I would have preferred to order the tires through Greg's to support a local business, but with snow coming I was not able to accept the lead time - I needed a special size that I wouldn't expect them to carry, so for most people this probably wouldn't be an issue. In any case, the team was very understanding and didn't hold it against me. The tires were mounted (and old tires disposed) for about $145. They did a nice job of avoiding any damage to my expensive wheels, which I can't say has always been the case with other tire installers. I will definitely go back to Greg's the next time I need tires.

Had to send the car back a few times because they didn't clean it. 3 attempts and it seems like all they did was put tire shine on. They said it was detailed yet the gas lifts for the hatch were caked in grime. When I wiped it it came down like a waterfall. Caused me an extra hour wait time and it just seems that the people who do the cleaning of the cars don't take pride. Not sure if they are under staffed or if good help is hard to find. I just got a feeling if you buy a used car here you will end up cleaning the car the right way. YOURSELF.

I have my car repaired by this shop for damage to the left side. I picked it up after 5:30pm just…read morebefore closing and it was completely dark in their lot( It's fall). I told the guy that I would have to look at it in broad daylight and let them know if there were any problems. My car is black so I could not see anything. When I got home I pulled it into the garage and saw a crack on the windshield behind the visor. I called them first thing the next morning and reported the crack. A guy name Jake told me it could have happened on the way home. That was completely incorrect because I know for certain it did not. Then he said, "There was no contact to the front of the car in their shop (false, see estimate) and they only go about 5 mph so it could not have happened there. Well l your insurance company will pay for it anyway." (WHAT?) I told them they are responsible , they must of damaged it somehow. I wrote to the dealership from their website and sales guy called me and I explained. He said I should speak to the body shop manager but he did not know who that was. So I told him to find out and have them call me instead. I never heard from them. Next I reported it to my insurance company and because the quick fill-in did not improve the appearance, I have to get a new windshield and pay my $500 deductible. By the way on my repair estimate the first lines were to remove the molding of the windshield and the headliner. So they were in fact working on that part of the car. This is the second time I had a problem with this dealership. The first time they tried to get me to pay $600 for spark plugs that my car didn't even need. I do not recommend this place.
