Worked with Steve Reel, start to finish, along with other members of the team. Steve came out and figured out our problem, explained it well, and gave us an estimate (which they ended up beating when the work was finished.) The crew came out less than a week after I gave the go-ahead, and finished up in an afternoon. He came back a few days later and inspected it, and left the bill. Reasonable price for the amount of work they did. Easy to contact, easy to deal with, and no leaks.

Hes mad bc my step dad asked, him questions on what type of paint he was using, how many coatings, he never finished fixing my dent saying I was supposed to wash it off, told my wife I shouldn't have washed it off as an excuse for the shady work. he's mad for asking questions to make sure he knows what he's doing? He put the wrong steel where the siding is suppose to be, he told me he would, replace the window shutter that broke from him leaving it outside in a storm, which he just put up upside down, I would never use his service. He kept. going behind back to call my wife to try to get more money, intimidating her. He claims he's a Christian but in reality he's desperate to make as much money as quick as possible bc he spent $50k+ at 25% according to him on a brand new truck which shows how incompetent he is in my humble opinion. I feel bad bc he has 3kids, a wife, but constantly lying like saying he will pay to replace the back door as part of the deal and then saying, he was just planning to fix it when they can't even paint without getting it all over, leaving spots. But is the company reputable? And do you really want to go with a relatively new company even if is owned by your buddy. He decided, no. Newman is competitive with hundreds of 5 star reviews. He went with Newman. Subsequently we had a hail storm and neighbors were advising us to get our roof checked out. Our roof was 20 years old. I wanted to be honest with the insurance company and not submit a claim unless Tyler from Newman,who came out to give us an estimate, was sure we needed a new roof and we suffered damage beyond normal wear and tear. Plus we had 2 houses. Well one needed a new roof and the other one likely has another couple of years left. As an aside, if you turn in a claim to your insurance company, even if it is denied, you risk higher premiums or cancelation. That is why it is important to have Newman Roofing spend time assessing. In our case, our roof was more wear and tear with minimal hail. Dan and his guys were on time, even early. Weather has consistently been in the mid 90's. I was worried. But Newman keeps them well supplied with hydration. 14 man crew meant lots of vehicles, even a dump truck but they were minimally disruptive to our neighbors. Furniture moved, netting put up to minimize construction mess on house and garden areas. And then they went to work. All I can say is WOW. I am so pleased. When they were finished, the cleaned up all the mess, including using a magnetized thing for nails in driveway, patio and grass. The yard, the patio, the driveway, the porches are SPOTLESS.
