I cancelled this service today It got worse, the tech that came to get the equipment, was asked to move his car to a parking spot instead of in front of the home, he basically said "he would when he was ready", when asked to leave our home he cursed my wife and I. Michael (the tech) left our home with a damaged wall, removed the camera from the front door and left wires dangling and pulled the siding when he removed the camera from the rear and left wires haning all oover. Despite my calling him totally unsolicited on a Friday evening, Jason talked with me for nearly a half hour about the multitude of options available to me to protect myself against this contractor, how to press him into action, how to ensure he gets the work done, and much more.
