(I don't exactly what the name for it is) BUT, if the store is busy & you are in a hurry or want to do your return by yourself You scan your package, it asks questions, gives you the label to put on your package & then gives you a receipt!!! I was there one time when a rep was standing by helping out first time users I also recommend the UPS store when someone asks where to take their packages.
