This happens regardless of the fact I pay before the due date and often a month or two in advance. The local office informed me they are not responsible for the increases. I called customer service and was told that the Regional Manager would return my call in 48 hrs. After almost a week, I still have not received the return call. Be prepared to have your rate increased by approximately 29% after just 4 months!

Not only did they not waive the fees they charge for a full month on both ends of the summer storage (college student) and don't prorate. Overall they are not very responsive, and they are difficult to communicate with.
