I took my vehicle to get a new windshield. It ended up being two appointments they put a windshield on it first and it messed up my whole safety system to where it couldn't be recalibrated. They put one in for the model and make of my car and still to this day my recalibration system is out of whack is not safe for me to drive my car now I have to save up money and try and get me a new car by the end of the year. Be cautious when choosing a windshield repair or a new windshield before I took my car there my safety features were all in tech but whatever they did. My safety features are no longer on my car and it's not safe for me to drive over 50 mph in my car even when I'm on the interstate so I can't drive it. read more

WOW! just got off the phone with Steve Ribadou. I have an older car and have been searching for a replacement window for the back. I called numerous places no one had it. One junkyard gave me Safelite's number in Alexandria saying they might have what I need. I called and was met with someone who was in the middle of a bad day. Steve was short with me from the start. He even resorted to raising his voice with me. I just asked for what I was looking for and WHAM, he was super rude. Not sure if I just called on an off day but man this guy is horrible to customers. I went to safelite because I trust the name and the product , but now it seems you can no longer trust that name . I had a windshield replaced at the Alexandria store and all went well until a couple of weeks later I get a chip on the new windshield and while inspecting the damage I notice the maker of the glass is not safelite at all but some name I don't know or trust and I have to wonder had my glass been safelite brand would it have chipped at all. read more

I set an appointment for 2 vehicles on the same day online. They were scheduled to come to my home to replace both windshields on Tuesday.
