I picked up my car around 4:30pm later that day. Upon entering my car, I was shocked to see my car still dirty!!! The picture you see here is literally right after I got the car & that wasn't even all that was left dirty!!! After speaking to family & friends about what to do, I called and spoke to Marcus. I told him I was unhappy with the detail & what suggestions he had. He proceed to tell me that he will give me a 50% refund and that I can come to pick up the check. I told him I would be able to tomorrow. The next day arrived & I let Marcus know I'm on my way. Once I arrived, he asked to look at the car then said he would not honor the 50% off since it's too much & will only honor a 20% refund or if I can let them clean the remainder of my car in the next 20mins. I told him absolutely not!!!! You had my car for over 8 hours and I got it back dirty. I went out of my way to drive there on my day off when I don't even live in Everett just for him to give me another story when I arrived. I told him after not wanting to go back n forth that I will just dispute the 50% charge with my bank. I'm telling you right now, this company took advantage of a woman of color! Do not do dealings with this company. You have been warned!!!!!! Hi End was $20-$30 cheaper then the rest and they use Viper products not the generic remote starters. They have been the driving force behind my trucks transformation. They made me a custom Grille, lifted my suspension as well as installed sport shocks to help absorb the bounce a truck has with Boston potholes. They armor lined the bed of my truck and went out of their way to find me the best deal on rims and tires. I honestly love this shop, The guys are very easy going and easy to joke with. I had to pick up my car to go to work without the work completed because they were taking so long. When I went in to pick up my car I saw they had tried to replace the top brake light and broke it. When I confronted them, they said that it had always been broken and that's what failed the inspection. Once I pointed out the obvious lie in the paperwork they changed their story and said that they missed the broken brake light and that I would need to get it fixed by the next inspection and still need to replace the center taillight. So now I'm out about $1000 for a broken brake light they broke and are refusing to own up to.

The car owner went to this place to get an estimate. The shop called me and told me that the estimate was $700, which is under the $1000 threshold for an insurance surcharge. That's why I opted to go with insurance. Once the insurance was involved, I was told the estimate was over $1000, and that the shop would ask for a supplemental claim for even more money. When I called the shop to complain about the $700 estimate going over $1000. I was told that the original low estimate was only because the owner wanted to keep my out-of-pocket repair costs low and opted to not to do a 'full' repair. I wish they had told me that when I was given the $700 estimate, so I would know 'full' insurance repairs would be over $1000 and lead to a surcharge. Did the shop withhold information so they could make more money with an insurance repair? I'll let you decide.
