I recently had a problem closing the sunroof of my Acura. I sought the assistance of several mechanics and auto body shops and even you tube videos to correct the problem, but to no avail. I took my car to Master Glass in Weymouth, MA and thanks to the wonderful people there, namely Luciana who was unbelievably helpful and David, the technician, the problem was solved in about 45 minutes. A tiny rock was stuck in the glides of the sunroof and David using his common sense and mechanical skills was able to dislodge it. I couldn't believe it! Furthermore, Luciana suggested the service was free, but I couldn't agree to that after spending all day with other shops and dealerships, etc. Luciana finally agreed and charged me a minimal "diagnostic" fee (as compared to an $1100 tear down estimate from the Acura dealer). My problem was solved! In today's economy where many big business disguise their greed through finely appointed (you pay for) waiting rooms and coffee stations, I could not be more appreciative and thankful for the terrific customer service at Master Glass in Weymouth and the common sense skills of David who saved me thousands of dollars! Acura should be ashamed and Master Glass should be congratulated. Needless to say, I, completely recommend Master Glass to other vehicle owners for their skills and tremendous customer service. Unfortunately I got a large crack in my windshield and had to have it replaced. The office manager Luciana was awesome, super accommodating and made the process easy. My windshield has been installed properly with 0 leaks. It took them just a little over an hour to install and you can watch from the waiting room. The only thing that did not go well was I had to wait 30 minutes for them to finish a previous job before starting my car. I made my appointment for 11 and they didn't even get to my car until 11:30. When I made the appointment they told me is would be about an hour so I opted to wait for them to do the work. Had I known the process would take closer to 2 hours would have made alternate plans. read more

I had had my windshield replaced on my wrangler about a year ago at Master Glass in Weymouth. And prior to that a couple years earlier had my windshield replaced by Tiny & Sons out of pembroke. Many of these glass Co's tout that their the Best customer service glass Co. around. I just had another windshield crack (Wranglers have a tendency to catch rocks from semi's on the highway because of the wranglers flat windshield design) Glass America just did this one, tech was Mr Kesseler On my wrangler at the bottom of the windshield on the inside was a lot of rusted bits & pieces from the frame also in heavy rains I would sometimes experience water leaking down under my dashboard on the drives side. Kesseler vacuumed out all the bits & pieces of rusted metal that Tiny & Master ignored. He used extra sealant on the outside of the windshield frame on the bottom there's a lip & water was getting underneath rusting the bottom windshield & also causing the leak inside. My Escalade windshield suffered a windshield glass fracture from a flying rock while I was driving on the Mass. Pike. I found some time to research where to get it. Multiple frustrating calls to many vendors yielded nothing. What made it more of an ordeal is that I insisted the glass NOT be of chinese origin! Not only did Master Glass, Inc. Weymouth Massachusetts come up with the part overnight, I was out of there in little time with the part I needed/wanted installed by the critically detailed eyes of some of the best glass techs around! After a horrible experience with Safelite in Quincy I found myself at Master Glass looking for any help they could give me. How I wish I had went there first. Lucianna, the office manager knows her stuff! She was kind, compassionate and had tons of knowledge about glass repair. She never once complained about the overtired cranky 2 year old I had in her store.. She made sure the tech's knew I needed to be done by noon to get to an appt. I appreciate her so much... She absolutely went Above and beyond her job expectation. Pedro was the glass tech that worked on my van. My windshield was done perfectly and he even took My change oil reminder from the old window and put it on the new one. (the little things make such an impact)... When he went to fix my drivers side window and saw the damage the other shop had caused he took pictures for me, explained the technical process in terms I could understand and offered to help in anyway he could to explain it to the warranty dept at the other shop. Top notch service!! Pedro is the best!!! Unfortunately because of the warranty I will need to have safelite fix what they broke. But not the one in Quincy, I will never go back there.
