The car had never leaked before the windshield replacement. After relocating to Oregon, I had the windshield inspected by another auto glass company. They performed air/water testing, confirmed the windshield was leaking, and determined that the windshield needed to be replaced. I paid $510 for the replacement and provided the documentation to Scott. Despite multiple follow-up emails, a voicemail, a text message, and a reimbursement request over several weeks, I have not received a meaningful response regarding reimbursement or resolution. An improperly replaced windshield is frustrating. The complete lack of communication afterward was even more disappointing.
