I noticed two chips in my windshield today and I filed a claim through my insurance. Within minutes I had a same day appointment with SafeLite. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable AND they were able to get me in and out in under and hour! The waiting room was comfortable with plenty of refreshments and snacks for the wait time. I didn't have to pay for anything and my windshield looks great! My car even smells brand new! I had a crack in the windshield that spread from one side all the way to the other and started to crack up the side of the window. I used their online website to get a quote (198.00 for just the windshield). I got into the shop during a blizzard and was greeted with happy faces and knowledgeable staff. They got my windshield and wipers replaced within two hours and even vacuumed the inside of my car along with cleaning all the windows. No warps, no air leaks, nothing. Looks great guys! read more

We were heading out of Billings on our way to Great Falls when a pickup heading in the opposite direction threw a rock into our windshield; put a double gouge into the right side. I found a location in Great Falls and we headed directly there when we arrived in town. It was a Saturday and we got there about 1130. They got us in pretty quickly and did a nice job on the damage. Great overall experience with these guys. They worked with my schedule to get me in there (although I wasn't able to get in on the day I booked online), the service itself was prompt once I was there, Dan was very professional and accommodating-even going out of his way to make sure I had something to drink and some good TV to watch while I waited, and most importantly the windshield appears to have been put in perfectly. The waiting room could use some spiffing up, it's a bit dingy, but overall better than expected experience and I would certainly go there again. read more
