They had my Van from JUNE let it sit till SEPTEMBER and never started it causing the battery to die.. they "Complementary replaced" it, but currently dealing with my car not starting on the first start, So I have to reset the clock EVERYDAY..... NOT THE WORST PART. When being called to get my van after 90 something days I picked it up, HUGE scratch down the NON effected side including white paint... They said they would fix that when they bring my car BACK in once they get parts to finally come in.... HERE it's worse still, upon getting my van home I open the back hatch and my van trunk was NEVER FIXED its crunch, had hills and gullies like a battlefield. including tools left SO they replaced the OUTSIDE bumper but left all damage inside. TAKE it back up there... A week later the inside was fixed... But the carpet is currently NOT staying within the side walls of the trunk... SO not fixed correctly... ALSO CURRENTLY dealing with the bumper they replaced is a different color than my car the NAKED eye can see this and its SO BAD but being told they color matched it.... ITS SO BAD it's not the same color; I have had MULTIPLE people point it out... They replaced my exhaust system due to the crash and my car is making pop sounds, hard pushing of air, its loud and running hard... my car is a 2021 NEVER had an issue with anything until it went there... When I turn left the back end you can here a WHAAAP WHAPP sound like something rubbing or out of place... The sensors in the back bumper to assist with close objects are NO LONGER WORKING.. message comes up they are unavailable!! Also pointed out yesterday by someone the top portion of my back hatch is NOT even attached all the way so the back window could fall.!!!!!!!!! I wasn't going to bring up the inside of my trunk at first as the manager took it right back in BUT the carpet is still currently NOT in place... and now with all the other issues I'm just OVER IT!!! At this point I have reached out to a lawyer on what my options are.
