The credit app/ process imo is less than straight forward as they present you with " options" on your payments ( they initially DO NOT show you the payments WITHOUT some form of EXTRA warranty on it) When I declined any warranty I was hounded by credit manager for next 10 mins and basically he insinuated how careless I was being for not choosing any! Upon arriving home I noticed various things I needed to repair ( wiper blades were falling off, fog lamp burned out , and now realized NO spare OR jack/ lug wrench at all!) People, maybe it's just me but for a 3 yr old jeep that has the SIMMONS ROCKWELL name on license plate frames ( oh yeh and NO license bracket on front!) and emblem on car you would think they could do a complete check for these NECESSITIES!! They probably got a good 1500-2000 profit on me and already will cost me another $250 to pay for these things since I've yet to hear back from them. Be careful
