Then the same mechanic came out and said I needed a 3rd part for another $300 and my bill was now close to $1k. Again I told them I needed my van fixed. I'm then told "their other dealership" in PA can fix Dodge vehicles. I left and told a friend about the quotes I was given. She told me to go to her garage, which is All Makes Express. I went to them and was told it was a hose that had become disconnected. They connected it for free and I'm a loyal customer ever since. These are the only mechanics who are honest in their assessment of your vehicle. I can't praise them high enough on the trust I have with them making repairs on my vehicle.

He even gave a great recommendation for transport and we got the vehicle in just 2 days, across the whole country! (I'm sure transport varies depending on availability). I've dealt with a lot of sales reps in my time, and Steven is one of the most professional. We were waitlisted for a rav4 Prime since March 2022 and he called us in July 2022 when one arrived. Kelly, the finance manager, is also very helpful in handling all the docs. Not as easy since we live several states over.
