    One the first day they came with a already cracked glass so had to wait another two days and once the new glass was installed its worse than the glass that the car had before. And keep in mind i paid the extra to get a new oem glass and put brand new wipers on and you cant even see through the hlass if it gets wet no matter what speed you put the wipers at and at night if a head on cars lights hit the hlass its even worse. I had high expectations considering i paid over 600 out of pocket for a windahield that i cant drive in the rain with Update: so they put another glass in this one seems to be doing good knock on wood

    I was skeptical of changing my windshield because it's my first new car and I just wanted good quality mechanics to work with it. When I came in the expected work was quoted over two hours. You can wait in the lobby where they have coffee and TV, but I left and came back because I can't sit too long. Josh, such a great employee! He not only covered all the points needed to know and did the service, he vacuumed my car. I wish I could've given him more as far as tip but customers receive surveys after and I will definitely give him 5/5! The only reason why I give it four stars is the communication between insurance and Safelite but I really had a good experience with the whole service! Thank you guys!

The technician is here right now installing my new windshield. I'm appreciate and grateful for WindshieldHUB stepping up to the plate and taking care of this issue. While it added some stress to my life, in the end WindshieldHUB took care of the issue. THANK YOU VERY MUCH WINDSHIELDHUB, I APPRECIATE THIS! I'm writing to express my frustration regarding the recent issues I've experienced with my windshield installation. The technician who re-evaluated my concerns about air coming in on the passenger side was mistaken; the noise was not caused by the windshield guard as he suggested. Instead, it was due to improper sealing, which has now resulted in a crack in my windshield, exactly where I mentioned the installation issue. I regret not seeking a second opinion at the time, as I was led to believe the initial work was done correctly. Now, there is a crack inside the glass that lacks any visible marks. You can feel the smooth surface on both sides of the windshield, but the internal crack is present due to the improper installation. I contacted Windshield Hub and sent the requested photos, asking for a free replacement under warranty since the installation was faulty. However, I have yet to receive a response despite being promised a follow-up regarding this matter. My original order number is 154806, placed in November 2024. Please let me know when you will be scheduling the replacement of the improperly installed windshield. Update: on Monday November 18, 2024, windshield hub sent out a technician to look at the issue with my windshield. The technician was very kind & understanding, after a short test drive he was able to locate the issue & fix it. It was a very simple fix. And now everything is up to par. I appreciate them taking care of this issue and I would recommend windshield hub Windshield Hub install my windshield in Altamonte Springs, Florida on November 14, 2024. Afterward, I did not move the car for 8 hours for things to "set". Upon driving my car to dinner, I realized there was air coming in on the passenger side. I called them promptly at 11 pm that night when I discovered the issue. Four phone calls later, speaking with the warranty department only once, I'm still waiting for them to send someone out to address the issue. I will be calling first thing, again, on Monday, November 18, 2024. to have them fix this. The installer was nice and appeared to do a good job, however, an issue happened somewhere during the installment of the windshield, as air is coming in on the passenger side. I'm truly hoping when I call them again tomorrow, they send someone out to resolve this issue asap and do not keep putting me off to the "next day". This issue needs to be resolved now, as I'm unable to safely drive my vehicle due to Windshield Hub putting off addressing the issue of the windshield not being properly installed.

    Allstate recommended that we send my son's car to this shop after he was rear-ended. From the pics…read moreand video that my son shared, the damage didn't appear too severe. However, the inspector warned that the car was unsafe to drive due to the risk of carbon monoxide leaking inside. We scheduled a repair start and end date, but the deadline kept getting delayed. The shop held the car for an entire month, and when we finally got it back, the results were unacceptable. The car sounded like a lawnmower, the housing that secures the rear bumper was broken, and I can easily pull the bumper back from wheel well. There were also duct tape residue marks and visible overspray. Initially, I assumed they had installed a cheap muffler because of the horrible sound. In reality, the flange connecting the pipe to the muffler had no gasket. When I checked, I can feel the exhaust pouring out of the joint, explaining the noise and, more importantly, creating a serious risk of carbon monoxide ent the cabin. This was the very danger they warned us about initially. I only discovered this issue once my son drove the car back to NY from Fla. Had I known the shop returned the vehicle in such a hazardous condition, I would never have allowed him to drive it.

It was such a pleasure to see the way the staff treated my mother here! What was really amazing is that they offer to call you a minimum of twice a week to give you an update while your car is going through the repairs. Wow! What fantastic service! As far is the quality of the workmanship, they have a discerning I, as though they were working on there very own personal cars. They even insisted on fixing something on my mothers car that had been done incorrectly buy the other repair company, which is pretty phenomenal. From initial quote, where the team even connected via text to have a clear understanding of my tint request, to the after service care, it's been great. The pricing is in line with most of the tint shops in the area (I quoted around) but this one was very friendly with zero pressure. Other shops would not allow me to partially tint and insisted I needed to do every single window on my vehicle at once. The service itself was very efficient. They matched the prior tint perfect, and the guys were very well informed. I truly felt like I was in expert hands and they kept it friendly and casual while maintaining professionalism. It was a quick turnaround and their appointments were timely. After a few days I started to notice bubbling on my windshield, I was worried because the windshield does not come with any warranty here but because the bubbling was on the edges they honored the repair, offered for me to come in same day, and I waited less than 10 minutes even though they had other appointments. I've had zero concerns and it's been great!
