The other driver's vehicle was totaled and our vehicle suffered major damage. We called the Subaru dealer where we bought the Outback new. Several employees there recommended this collision center as the best Subaru Certified Collision Center. Yan Carlos was assigned to our SUV. He is very nice, knowledgeable, and has over 20 years of experience. He patiently dealt with the insurance company that delayed and tried low-balling repairs, including repairs on the Outback that could have compromised safety in a future collision. Yan was firm and provided them with numerous photos, detailed documentation verifying the reason for each repair, including the strict safety standards from Subaru. Yan was able to get all repairs authorized. Our Outback was returned to us in "like new" condition with all required parts replaced, all air bags inspected, and all safety systems recalibrated to strict Subaru standards. So I decided to give USA auto collision & glass a shot at installing an aftermarket OEM rear spoiler on my Corvette, this was kind of difficult because I called around to a few organizations and they wouldn't touch it? but one speed shop recommended this establishment so I called them, spoke to a gentleman Manny? He said he will take a look at it that day, I get down to the business and show him the vehicle, upon inspection Manny said he couldn't do the job but recommended me going to my local AutoZone applying epoxy as well as double sided tape to the rear of the vehicle after a light sanding and installing it myself OK not what I was looking for but I accepted that shook his hand and told him I'll be on my way. On my way leaving the place he came to my window and told me to bring the car back Friday and said he'll see what he can do? OK great. I bring the car back on Friday. Drop it off. He wasn't there at the time so after about an hour and a half I text him. He told me to call him which I did when I did call him. He informed that it did not fit properly after him applying double-sided tape? And taking it for a ride?? Which I don't understand because I informed the other gentleman that I didn't want any work done on the vehicle until I got an estimate, anyways I'm not understanding how the spoiler wouldn't rattle with double sided tape when you're not using bolts and epoxy to cement the spoiler down? This IS what Manny told me? I quote, if you apply the spoiler yourself with double-sided tape and epoxy you have to wait 24 hours before driving the vehicle" then hand me back my spoiler with a ton of double-sided tape all over it for me to remove then lie to me and tell me you weren't gonna charge me?? Please, I wasn't born yesterday lol, anyways I'm just saying this is supposed to be a collision center right? You repair damaged and destroyed vehicles yes? To not be able to bolt on an aftermarket spoiler shows me exactly why I wouldn't want to do business with you and why people are going to YouTube to do it themselves lol, I guess I'll do it myself... read more

They are scammers. I went in for a quote.. I accidentally backed in my garage hitting the door of my car. The quoted me a little over 5 thousand. Claiming they would have to remove the roof. I thought this was a high quote since there wasn't that much damage. I decided to file a claim thru insurance and go thru a partner collision and was quoted did the same damage 2 thousand. When I looked over the quote provided by USA collision and compared they over charged me and attempted to charge for extra items I didn't need... SAVE your time and money read more

Horrible company to deal with and deceitful. We took our car there because the dealer recommended them. I called to speak to someone about getting a quote. Robert said to bring it by anytime and ask for him. When we got there he wasn't there. We waited about 15 minutes, then he finally came back and proceeded to help another customer even though he knew we were there first. All we needed was to replace the two hinges on our liftgate. He said they would have to remove the entire roof and it would cost almost $8,000! We took it to another body shop (with better reviews) and their quote was $2,000. They must be ripping off the insurance companies! I didn't appreciate their rudeness nor them trying to take advantage of us. Stay far away! read more

At first the work looked great and and was told they do great work and me working at a dealership I figured he'll why not hell why not since my insurance was involved fast forward 3 almost 4years later i went in the door panel to replace a speaker I saw something a bit odd and after I was told they replaced the whole door skin IT WAS NOT ALL THEY DID WAS PULLED THE BAD DENT and used body fill and just recently I got rear ended and knowing what I know now and my shop gives them work I would never send anyone to them if they can't take care of the people they get work from god know how the customers feel Smfh read more

Be awake of scams! We were referred by Kia to go get our bumper painted, Manny came out and eyed the damage and said it should be around $700-$800, we said ok, write it up. Before he went inside he asked if I was going through my insurance company and I said no, we will pay out of pocket... He went inside, wrote up the estimate and came out with a new estimate for $1388!!! I asked what happened to the $700-$800 estimate and he made up excuses to why it almost doubled in price.. charging 8 hours of labor to remove number and Another 5.5 hours to paint front 1/2 of bumper.. give me a break!!! I should call my friend and Ch 9 news and have them go undercover on this place and see how the price gouge you once you are not going through insurance.. oh, I called the service Manager st Kia And told him my experience there, he said he will let his GM know what we said about them. we went to 2 other body/paint shops and got 2 quotes, 1 for $350 and another for $240! Working with this company was a complete nightmare! Dropped off my brand new vehicle that was hit on one side in the back, they collected multiple payments from the Insurance company and told me they were waiting on parts to repair the vehicle. 10 weeks later they tell me my new vehicle is a Total Loss. I am so traumatized from Shitty Smoky Low class Rental vehicles, this dishonest repair shop and hours of wasted back and forth with the Insurance company. If you ever survive an accident, call your Lawyer on the spot and save yourself a ton of money, time and frustration. I was hit by an car while stopped. The other driver was looking at dumpsters in driveways and not paying attention. Subaru referred me to USA Auto and Manny took very good care of my car. It was pretty serious damage. Over $11,000.00 in repairs and took 6 weeks, but all was repaired right and only one issue that I had to take back. Scratching when turning. If I can put no star I would definitely rate this with 0 star. Nothing worst than being told to just drive your damaged car just the way it is and no need to fix it. You guys are the worst, I don't know why you're in business if you only pick and choose what car you want to fix. We only had a dent Hood and just wanted to replace it but oh no there's a lot of damaged on that car, you didn't even look inside. We've been driving the car so that's not true. It's just because our car is old and had faded paint. Your people needs to put their shoes on our shoes, you're suppose to help but not. It's not like we're not paying for the service. Don't judge the book by it's cover. The car is running good and we always have maintenance inside. It's just because it's bad paint you already assumed can't be fix, repainted and replace the hood? FINAL FOLLOW UP! Waited for a time when I could take the time to write the final follow up, but really wanted to do this in case I could help someone else not get scammed by this company! They did a poor job with my car, were mean, highly dishonest, rude, high maintenance themselves... They returned my car back to me with bald tires. I had just had my tires checked at Subaru and I have the papers still to prove my tires were in good shape! My car had scratches in the paint where they used my keys, rather than my key fob. I had other new scratches on my car. They didn't stand behind these problems, denied them. I think my car was driven off the lot and raced while remaining at their place. Subaru took care of all my problems they caused. They redid all the problems I had with my air conditioning from them leaving leaves in my car in the system that caused Subaru to have to redo everything!!!!!!This is an update to what further happened to my car. I used my insurance I had bought before and was recommended by Subaru prior. So, it cost me nothing to have the whole air conditioner and whole system replaced again. The problem was from USA... leaving many leaves in the air conditioning system. I think it was done on purpose as they were angry with me that I chose to use the parts (all Subaru) for my car that insurance recommended and would be covered well. When I did that, my choice, my car, they treated me extremely mean, extremely rude, yelling and all for a very long time. They were extremely unprofessional! BEWARE! I know of another customer there that had the same exact problems and issues with them! Now, how odd can that be? God will get them! It is not up to me! I love my Subaru Car dealership! Just don't go to the one on Orange Blossom trail with the service manager named Monty on Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando. He is as bad! He didn't fix my car right, even though I kept bringing it back repeatedly! They never got the leaves out, so my car air conditioner broke down 100% again! I had to take it to another Subaru dealership and they actually fixed it! Love them! All our Subarus will be bought from them. We have 3 in the family now! This USA Collision And Class is a dishonest company and caused me a lot of time and aggravation, all out of revenge! Be careful, all there companies they have go by different names! There is something weird also about that! Have nice days and don't ruin them by using them! They are good if you do what they recommend and appease them and don't use your insurance parts which are Subaru parts, but the ones most insurance companies recommend to use. They were just trying to get more money out of my insurance company. My insurance would not cover their parts as they were more money yet the same kind of Subaru parts. This shop, by far, is the best place to take your car. Don't make the mistake of going anywhere else. Manny and his crew are very professional, courteous and their customer service is unmatched. We took our Infinity M37X in for rear bumper work and ask a question about the front bumper and Manny (with his expertise) pointed out several flaws in the work that was previously done by another shop.
