My child sometimes needs the firm lessons, but with that, they both show my child so much love. At first, I was a bit hesitant with my child's bilingual challenges but they were able to combat any challenges with communication either by having me present or with little communication they were able to get by because they care. The school in general has improved in a positive way and staff is friendly outside of instructors. There are lockers for males, females, and family. Upstairs you will find four individual pools with instructors teaching different levels. On the main floor you will find a section for infants to play, screens for your child to watch tv if they are not in class, and a screen to watch your child via monitor incase you'd prefer they are not nervous and can focus without the parents/guardians presence. You have to find the instructor that can work for your child's needs. If they move up a level you then have to see if the same instructor can accommodate your schedule being that if your child moves up a level that means you need to find what times and days that instructor is teaching. The good thing is that staff does their best to accommodate your child's since a child/parent may prefer one instructor over another.

The front desk was consistently very busy, and the staff often appeared overwhelmed and unwelcoming. The facility itself is quite small, and the four shower/changing areas were not well maintained and were not adequate for multiple classes being dismissed at the same time. As for the Mini 2 classes, the pool lane felt extremely small, especially when classes were full, making it difficult for the children to have enough space to properly practice. The lessons were also very repetitive, with the same skills being practiced nearly every class and very little progression until the final two sessions. While I understand that these are lessons for toddlers, I expected to see more variety and progression throughout the program. I was also disappointed that my daughter was NOT taught to blow bubbles and not given much instruction on becoming comfortable with water entering and exiting her mouth. Finally, I was looking forward to receiving a completion certificate for my daughter, but nothing was provided at the end of the program. Overall, I left feeling very unsatisfied with the service and experience. Unfortunately, we will not be returning or recommending this swim school to others.

Multiple classes going on at once (12 lanes?). Many staff members around to ensure kids safety. The instructors we have are great. They have a good connections with kids. It's very efficient and great design of the class and the facility. Highly recommend for kids who are beginners.

She loved her first swim lesson, and we decided to enroll in a weekly class. The swimming experience has been great so far. She learned a lot of skills within a month and already moved on to Glider 2. The facility itself is amazing. Lots of parking spots outside. Inside the building it's kept warm and humid. They have lots of changing rooms, restrooms and a hair drying station with 6 dryers. The huge pool has several lanes and a separate section for family swimming. Every half an hour they operation multiple classes for different levels, while multiple supervisors and lifeguards monitor each swimmer. After each lesson, they also provide rating on the performance of the swimmer. The app also makes it easy to manage class enrollment, transfers and putting in absent notice. They also offer discounts rates as promotions sometimes, like in October second class enrollment had 35% off. The staff members at the desk are super helpful and always try to give the guests the best service. No surprise that they continue to be so popular for kids' swimming classes.

They worked with them on their comfort level, the instructors were very patient and it did the trick pretty quickly. I highly recommend ‍ There are many programs here at the Y that are great! The pool for lap or recreational swim, the gym and classes for working out, the after school programs, Camp Twelve Trails, music lessons, theatre, other youth and senior programs, and so much more. This is really a great Y. The staff is also very friendly and helpful
