This CPR center is so efficient and the instructors are so helpful and informative. They teach you CPR on adult and infant mannequins to do compressions on. You learn the basics and everything you need to perform CPR with one or two people while taking turns. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a professional place to learn and become certified, look no further. I had to get the CPR for BLS providers and they offer that. Do not attend this school if you want to have a good experience learning. I promise you that you will regret it. Do not be fooled by the low program cost. I ended up taking another EMT class at UCLA and I passed without any issues. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Since it was late at night, I couldn't call right away, but I contacted the school the next day to explain the situation and request a refund for the mistaken May enrollment. The woman I spoke with was incredibly rude, dismissive, and repeatedly blamed me, refusing to even hear me out. She said it's my fault and that it's none refundable and that I singed it. She made it clear that they wouldn't help. So, I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank. Then today, I received an email saying I was being refunded for the June class the one I actually wanted and was told I'm no longer welcome at their school for making a false dispute which is not true. Meanwhile, three of my friends registered with me, and after hearing about this experience, they've decided to go elsewhere. So congratulations you kept $250, but lost four students. I will be exploring legal action due to your unprofessional conduct and the clear issues with your glitchy website. Future students, do yourself a favor and find a school that actually cares.

After working a full night shift and driving here, I was met with total chaos and zero communication. No notice, no explanation...just an empty office wasting my time and energy. This is beyond unprofessional. It's unacceptable, infuriating, and shocking that an organization handling certifications can operate this way. Now I have to rush to find another provider to complete my NRP renewal. Absolutely appalling. This is why I refuse to pay for services BEFORE they are rendered. I should have read the reviews prior to scheduling because this is apparently the norm for his business practices. (I will include of photo of another review of a similar situation) but considering I scheduled this VIA the NRP website I did not believe it would be unprofessional. 10/10 would not recommend.
