When I had not heard from them at 1:20, I called to ask the status. They said they were out to lunch but they'd get there soon. When they still had not arrived at 2:20 (after party guests were beginning to arrive), I called again and left a message asking what the status was because guests were arriving. When I had not heard from them by 2:45, I called again and they said, "we got behind, but we can come that way soon." This company is 40 minutes from my house, so by the time they finally arrived, our party had started 2 hours before. In all, they were 3 hours behind schedule. Only after we asked did they offer to take off $100 from our final bill of almost $450. Once they got it set up, the bouncy house smelled of mildew and was duck taped together in places. Overall I was highly disappointed with the service and the quality of their items. I will not rent from them again. Having said that, everyone that worked there was courteous, kind, and respectful but I was disappointed in their attempt to resolve and inexcusable error on their part

Wait before you rent a car any where else, this is the place to go…read more i called last week and reserved a car to pickup today, these people are very friendly over the phone and in person. when i arrived the car was sitting out front waiting on me, no long lines to wait while they go get my car ready as do the big rental agencies. went in, checked in gave the necessary documents, checked the car and i was on my way in 15 minutes or less. last but not least the pricing was excellent and the car was extremely nice. thank you, will only rent from here from now on.

It's freezing cold and we're having to wait 90 minutes for service. I went in and spoke to both females about it and they told me they would take care of it. The younger lady followed me to the truck and took a picture and said again that she would take care of it. Well she didn't because I received a $130 fuel charge. When I called the first time after noticing this I told the woman who took the picture and she said she would investigate. We've gone 3 days now and the picture is apparently gone and both females are denying this happened. I told them to check there cameras because it will show me coming back in and the young lady following me to the truck. Only corporate can see those now. I won't even mention what happened trying to pick up another truck. This U-Haul is out there stealing money!
