When each of my baby boys turned 2 months, we invited Marsha to pay us a visit. Each consultation was about 3 hours or so. She spent time getting to know our family, customizing schedules for our babies, and giving us tips and advice on how to proceed with developing consistent patterns and routines to help facilitate better nighttime sleep. From the first night, our sons went from waking several times a night to just one or two. Sticking closely to Marsha's plan, our eldest was sleeping through the night (8-10 hours) by 4.5 months and his baby brother by 3 months. She is very sensitive towards the comfort levels of parents and babies and would never recommend methods you wouldn't feel comfortable trying. Her techniques are brilliant, customizable, and effective. We were quickly able to reach our nap and sleep goals following her advice with little to no crying involved. His shop is very clean and he practices good hygiene during courses with hand sanitizer and spray bottles of alcohol to clean supplies.

I emailed them a few weeks ago and they said I could reschedule for a reschedule fee of $150. A but steep, that's half the cost of the class, but awesome! It's been a year so I appreciated that. I paid the fee and did the class. As I waited to collect my card, the owner told me I owed $180. He said because it's been a year I had to pay full price, despite what he said in his email reply to me. I explained that I'd have understood if he'd originally told me it's been too long and the course couldn't be rescheduled, but that he should honor what he said in his email since he only brought up the extra charge right after I finished the course. He got defensive, said he's the boss, and he makes the rules. He got $330 for free from me a year ago, $150 now, and that apparently wasn't enough for him. His rules are apparently to go back on his word and pressure you to pay more money after wasting a bunch of your time. He started yelling so I left. That was an incredibly scummy thing to do to someone. Don't go here.

They have their own parking lot next to the bank, so you don't need to struggle to find parking (as they are downtown Petaluma). The price for a tutoring session is $45, but you can get package deals that lower the price of the session when you buy the package deal.
