I made an appointment online for my flu shot two days before my visit. I arrived 20 minutes early and waited inline for about five minutes. When I went to the counter, I gave my name, birthday, and phone number. I was told to take a seat and wait for paperwork. I informed the woman I had made an appointment online, she tersely said, "You have paperwork." I waited for the paperwork (which was largely redundant from what I filled out online). When I informed that same woman that I had my own pen, she crossly said, "Our pens have been thoroughly sanitized." I coldly replied, "I still have my own pen," while rolling her pen on the counter in front of her. After another wait, in which 2 walk-ins were given their vaccinations (during my appointed time), the pharmacist called me. In the room where jabs are given the pharmacist asked, "Do you have any questions?" I stated, "So, making an appointment online doesn't speed up the process?" His response was, "Do you have any other questions." After the jab, he suggested that I stay in the store fifteen minutes. Since I did have some shopping to do, I was in the store and dealt with the friendly staff behind the cash registers. Next year, I'll get my flu vaccine at the Olympia Walgreens I got last year's jab. Attitudes at the Warrenton Walgreens pharmacy suck!

They wont allow you to 'fix' while in line, you have to go stand in a long line with one overworked customer svc person, and its a major hassle, especially if you're popsicles are thawing. I am an astute shopper - I'm expert on using their app, clipping their coupons, reading the ads before I shop, etc., and to boot I worked grocery early in my long career. These were genuine errors. We've had to endure a near year-long revamp of the store, its nearly finished, and I've yet to to see ANYWHERE any improvement in the experience. Its mind boggling how much money they spent to achieve NOTHING. When I was a checker, they came out with the most efficient way to process items; customer puts product on belt, the employee scans it and puts it right in the shopping bag. Boom, handled once! Super efficient! A few years ago some idiot with no clue how checkstands operate came up with the bright idea of having the checker scan it, put it on another belt, where another employee bags it. Handled TWICE. And this store NEVER has 1:1 checker/bagger. Today there were FIVE checkers, and ONE bagger. Fred Meyer continues its increasing abuse of plastic. Too many instances to write here.

I told her I'm in a hurry and I left so as to not inconvenience myself to walk back, grab another bag to again be searched. This has never happened to me in a Walmart and was very off putting. Other than that the store was very clean.

Not to be confused with Pacific Medical Supply in…read morePortland which (at least in the mishandling of my stuff by one of their employees) is pathetic. This place has all of your home health care needs, diabetic supplies, durable medical goods, CPAP / BiPap Machines, special shoes, inserts, orthotics, and more. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, over the top friendly service, personalized care and attention, and ease of ordering. They handled for me in one day what it took the other P-word place in PDX 3 months to still fail and fowl up. I am still amazed and angry that I wasted so much time with that ass-clown. So most everything you could need as far as medical supplies are concerned, really awesome staff, two cute Doxie dogs, and one massive Great Dane make this the best spot in Astoria for doing my medical supply business. The uber-gorgeous redhead who gets my sick sense of humour and is my customer service representative doesn't hurt either. (wink) There is a reason that they have been around for so long and have a solid reputation. Great family run place.

The first time went well. ThenSecond it went south. The pharmacist interfered with my Dr, inserting her own 2 cents worth; completely inappropriate. When it all worked out after all; only one part of the prescription was available; So, I had to come back. That made for 3 80 mile roundtrips to Warrenton = 240 miles = 53.50 $ in gas expense. Add to that an outrageous cost on the last part of my prescription. 3 x what I've paid @ Costco in the past. Fortunately I'm rarely in need of pharmaceutical services !

It has a nice big parking lot with RV parking and a nice designated area for grocery pick up. I also greatly appreciate that the milk area isn't super disgusting like most stores (could be because it's still new). However my first complaint is that they try to stock or do grocery pick up stuff during the day while people are trying to shop. I don't like that I have to skip aisles and go back because an aisle I need is over crowded with employees. My second complaint is that they are over charging for the products they sell here (I say this after having lived in Salt Lake City and Las Vegas: they are similar in price). I however blame the locals and the "resort" town for the over pricing of groceries here. While this place is overpriced it's still way cheaper than Safeway and Fred Meyer.

The woman who answered in Astoria was rude and and told me that I wasn't qualified for a replacement. I would have to wait another year. I then I got a text from a Brad in Tillamook that I am qualified for a replacement. I called that number and was told that they don't have a Brad working for them. She didn't ask for my name to look up my case or anything. I am very disappointed that they were so rude and unhelpful. I have to either rent a machine or buy one. I am 71 years old and have central sleep apnea from a stroke. I am on Medicare and can't afford either option. I worked in sales for half of my life and if I answered the phone I would do anything in my power to help my customer.

When we returned it to North Coast on December 4, 2024, the person told us to just leave it outside. I asked if we owed anything and she said no, and walked around the corner, apparently finished with us. Her customer service skills were definitely lacking! I received a bill for $80.00, for the month of December which I took in and was told that the person we returned the scooter to no longer worked there and I was charged the $80.00, make sure you get receipts for everything from them! The scooter was okay, one brake did not work as it should, and I had to constantly tighten the handlebar multiple times a day.
