I found my face soap and the price seemed really high so I asked my magic pocket box. Turns out it is expensive - $4 more than anywhere else. Threw that in my Amazon cart and kept moving. Found the battery section and...it's basically empty. Guess we're throwing that in my Amazon cart, too. At that point I decided to just kinda walk around and yeah...the number of empty spaces on the shelves are very telling. I won't waste my time here again. I will say though, if you're looking for Seattle/Washington tourist trinkets they have a really cute selection!

Shopping in Burien, Washington…read more.. On my way to lunch, I drove past a CVS and a Walgreens... In my mind, I was debating on which one I should go to for postcards... After lunch, I decided on CVS because I am a member of the Loyalty Program. At home in Hawaii, CVS retained its name of Longs Drugs Store... LOL! I searched the aisles and was about to give up. I don't like to ask employees. I enjoy finding things on my own. I tried the front of the store first, then the stationary section. My last hope was the souvenir department... Voila!!! There they were on a vertical display! I was so happy!!! Thanks for stocking an almost obsolete item!!! I used self-check out and got that super long printout with receipt and coupons... haha! To start, I recognize that the entire industry is understaffed and is in impossible circumstances…read more That said, it is becoming ridiculous to get services. Example, the pharmacy calls the doctor and says you aren't filling your prescriptions. Doctor checks in with you to see what's going on. You need to order them, but THEY WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. Not in the morning, not in the afternoon, not in the evening. Can't get through. And if you have a disability, or can't drive, or some other reason you can't get in there easily for in person (to stand in a ridiculously long line), then it's even worse. So, you start having most of your regular meds go through one of the mail order pharmacies, and only use Walgreens for emergency meds, like antibiotics, etc. And interestingly, they advertise constantly, come in, get your shots from us, use our services.... how? you don't have anyone there with time to provide the service. Honestly, I wish they would stop the advertisements. they are just disingenuous.

I was shopping at this Walgreens about 45 minutes ago when I had to suddenly run out to the parking…read morelot because of an emergency involving my dog. I left the items I intended to purchase in the first aisle, which is covered by security cameras, so it would have been easy to verify what happened. When I returned to finish shopping for urgent medical supplies my boyfriend needed, the manager, who introduced himself as "Jaja" Omar (pronounced "Ya-Ya" Omar), immediately accused me of stealing, threatened to call the police, and ordered me to put my items down and leave the store. I did not steal anything. Instead of checking the security footage, he refused to investigate and chose to publicly accuse and embarrass me. I was a paying customer trying to complete a legitimate purchase, yet I was treated like a criminal without any evidence. This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I've ever had. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and given the benefit of a proper investigation before being falsely accused. I will not be returning to this location, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend shopping here.

This particular Bartells has been my drugstore choice for many many years. However, the last few…read moremonths I've noticed the shelves getting more and more empty. You can't help but notice at this point! We keep wondering if they are going to be closing permanently . However, I asked one of the pharmacist techs about it, and she said she didn't know anything about a closure. So I guess we will just have to wait and see. I still shop there, and I still recommend it, just be aware that they might be out of what you're looking for. If they are not closing, I sure hope that they work out whatever kinks are in their system that keep them from replenishing their shelves! I am getting a bit tired of having to go elsewhere after looking for things there.

Since I've been going to this pharmacy for myself and frequently with my elderly MIL for prescriptions, vaccinations, etc the staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and work very efficiently. They often also have medication's that are backorder at Safeway. In comparison to the alternative in the same shopping area, this Pharmacy stuff is outstanding.

Well, it was a mistake to give this pharmacy another chance. This was the last time. I dropped…read moreoff a prescription a week ago. It was back-ordered. No updates for a week. I call and I'm told to call other pharmacies AGAIN. So I did. Walgreens has the drug in stock, will call to get the prescription transferred for me, and will call me when it's ready. They were also actually pleasant on the phone, unlike the people here. Maybe you should update people when something remains on back-order. (For the record, they used to. I don't know when they stopped.) It took me five minutes to call the other pharmacy and now I'll get my medicine that I need. So I guess I'll just keep going there from now on. Rite-Aid is the worst and doesn't care at all. Maybe don't take a public-facing job if you can't even pretend to care. Not offering another other options, information, or anything else is just more rude. "It's back-ordered, try calling other pharmacies." Okay. Is there any way of determining when it's not going to be back-ordered? I don't know how your supply-chain works. And I don't necessarily NEED to know, but I might be more understanding if I had a touch of insight. Hell, can I call your supplier and ask them what their restock ETA is? Did you even bother? I've worked in a lot of global supply-chain systems, and I don't feel like you really did everything you could have. And if you did, you certainly didn't give me any indication. Maybe update people before the end of business week so they can call their doctors if they won't be able to get their medicine and need to find alternatives or make other plans. For shame Rite-Aid. You've once again shown your callous disregard for people. Beyond this, Rite-Aid as a whole is just a joke. Their website is a mess and you can't generally successfully submit a refill request on it. (I had to do it by phone.) When I submitted this prescription (and previous ones) they sent the notification to me and my wife separately, which isn't in my notification preferences, and has not ever been. While I don't really need to hide anything from her, I feel like this is a violation of my privacy. You really need to fix your systems.
