I called and a young man said they have everything I'd need, just check with a cashier. I went straight there, needing to get this document sent with no delay. When I reached the Walgreens, I met with a cashier who advised they didn't carry FedEx envelopes or any FedEx supplies of any kind - they can only accept packages completely ready to ship. She sent me across the street to a mailboxes location who had everything I needed and took my document, packaged it in a FedEx envelope, affixed the shipping label and guaranteed to get it out today - they did. Walgreens IS NOT a FedEx shipping spot!

I told her "for a lancet device!?, they sell those online and a generic one out here!" Then she comes at me with "well we don't carry that here" First off she makes the other girl go on a hunt for it, then gives me false info about needing a prescription then finally tells me they don't carry it . Retrain your team in product knowledge and customer service. I'm in the retail industry and these associates don't have any of it or refuse to use it. Now I get why people would rather do online buying. That's what I ended up doing before I run into another disappointment.

Nurse Jackie is awesome too; they both make me feel super comfortable and at ease. Easy place to find, kitty corner from Fred Meyer, near Petco. Large waiting area; they have magazines and a TV to watch while you wait. Friendly receptionists. They are very good about keeping in contact with scheduling changes and whatnot. Will definitley continue to come back here as long as Dr. Lewing is here.

Even my doctor and his nurse have made comments about him being rude and very short with them on the phone. Apparently all the aroma therapy and stuffed animals aren't making him a very nice or happy man, why should anyone believe it will help a customer?
