Gave up, parked and went inside. They were just refilling it as I waited. This used to be a much better place, gotten too busy and can't handle it. Something needs to change.

Nightmare to deal with and very overpriced. My doctor was sending me to them for several different…read moremedications. Every time I needed a refill I had to call multiple times to get them to actually fill it. I would call one day, they'd say sure we will get that going. Then nothing for days, and I call again and they would say I hadnt called and so it was not even put in! It was an average of two weeks each time I needed somthing. The last straw was them sending a refrigerated medication that was out so long it was hot to the touch, given this is AZ I can accept that, and they agreed to replace it. But then they claim my second medication was in the same bag which it very much was not, and they refused to address that one. This medication by the way I had been asking for over two weeks. I did a price check on my items with other local compounding pharmacies and Val vista was the most expensive in the area across the board by at least 20%! I have asked my doctor to send presscriptions elsewhere because it was always a struggle and bad experience.

I'd like to see what this place is like during the day, at night it seems like a no-go. So basically we learned that if you're parking in the Cityscape garage to go to the Cityscape there's a secret path to the Cityscape minus signage! Once you park there's a shortcut you can take if you walk through the CVS to the other side, then bam you'll magically appear in the Cityscape! Oh how easy a few signs for guidance could make our lives a little less frustrating but thanks to nice cashiers we figured out how to get to the Cityscape!
