On a Sunday afternoon, I will order my items for the week on their app. Usually they have good deals and coupons. It's quick and easy. I haven't had any issues except one and that is making sure items aren't expired. Customer service is pretty decent at making it right. If items are missing they will send a notification to pick there replacement or deny it. As you pull up to the pick up area, if you let them know ahead of time you are coming, you pick a spot and let them know what number. They come out right away. I no longer go the frys on Florence blvd. This location is always clean and is fully stocked. Only issue we have had is the customer service. One of the ladies was very rude and I told her that as well. She looks miserable. I turned in my milk jars so I can get my deposit back and there was very little of dry milk and she goes next time wash it out. Which we always do but this one wasn't washed good enough. read more

The self checkouts are horrible! I have used plenty of self checkouts and these by far are the worst that I have ever used. It seems like you can't scan 10 items without having to call the attendant. In my opinion, if they are that worried about theft, then maybe hire more checkers! read more

I called the deli to ask if they had any fresh chicken and was advised by the rep that she has just put out her last batch. About 10 minutes later I arrived and the entire area had been shut down and shut down for a period of time. She lied. This is the second time we have gone in to make a purchase during business/deli hours and the entire place is not even open. Not to mention the times just going grocery shopping and all the lights are turned off in that area. It's convenient and I know It's a first world problem. Imagine that the zombie apocalypse is beginning. People are panicking, store shelves are emptying, people are getting in fights for the last can of beans and running each over in the parking lot, the lines are so long at the store that you doubt you will ever get through and you begin to worry if your family will disappear before you can get home.It's absolute madness. Shopping at this store is worse than that. They are frequently out of many of the things you need, or have just stopped carrying them. the parking lot is always so unbelievably full that you will be lucky to find a spot at all. The only reason it gets two stars is because the staff are generally polite and hard-working. Otherwise, you need to take a day off work and schedule a full eight hours to complete your grocery shopping. Do not under any circumstances imagine that you can just run to the store and grab something and make it home in time to make dinner. You will be better off ordering from Amazon frankly, seeing as they have same day delivery and they are far more likely to have the item you need in stock. Frys Sushi In Casa Grande the sushi scene is pretty non-existent so I'm always on alert for sushi. Frys Marketplace on Pinal in the Villago plaza is it! Not only do they have people making it there right live (in front of starbucks) but the flavor is on point! Nothing like the other grocery sushi I'm sure we've all tried. Stay away from their pharmacy!! They will not order medications in time for refills when they are due. Always out of stock and always late by several days. I have begged them for a year to order on time. Tell me how taking 2 doses per day is a 17 day supply when you only get 25 tabs?? read more

Have always loved this store, employees friendly, plenty of parking, well lite and clean store and usually have what I need. Since the start of this COVID stuff and being up there in years, I have used the pickup exclusively. Have always been impressed with the items they picked for me.. Until my last 3 visits. In the last 3 visits I have had missing items, moldy items and been over charged on sale items. Once I can understand, everyone has a bad day. After 3 my bet is the pickers are either running short on time or just don't care. I can't imagine that Fry's would have employees who don't care. Very expensive!!!! Employees do not seem happy and I would go as far to say angry. I shop there only when I don't want to drive to Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart is getting expensive too. The cashier's and baggers just stare at you when you say thank you, and trust me I say thank you a lot. I appreciate the service that is provided. I don't take people for granted. Fryd has everything I need. This north location is new and fairly easy to get to. I like the vast array of natural and organic items.

I used to have to drive 15 minutes to a grocery store... having one .2 miles from my front door is complete heaven. Things I like: - wine selection, perfect for a small city grocery store - the hours 5am Starbucks before traveling FTW! - produce, good selection that seems to stay fresh - prices, coupon program, I routinely save around 25-35% off my bill Middle of the road: - Customer service, it is completely hit or miss. Things I don't like: - not a fan of the seafood - better off going to whole foods or costco in Chandler - people are lazy and don't put their carts away, not the store's fault but I hate it. Tried to call to ask one question. I needed the dairy department. I was on the phone over 15 minutes. It kept going back to cs and she kept transferring me back before giving me a chance to ask her if she could help me. I live 25 minutes away and if they don't have the product I don't want to waist time and gas. The last time it transferred she said she couldn't help me and can't reach anyone I asked for a manger. I visited the Casa Grande/Florence location today and they did not have a featured item nor did they have any distilled water. I called the Pinal Rd location to see if they by chance had the featured item, the person who answered the call said, she had no one to check!! Then goes on to tell me to come in myself to see if they had the item in stock! REALLY? She could not walk over to the frozen food department to see if it was in stock, I guess it was more convenient for her for me to waste my gasoline and drive 15 miles to see for myself. Beware during checkout that you are not overcharged. The cashier outright lied to me when I asked her if the discounts on certain items processed and came off after she scanned my Fry's card. She responded that the discounts went through, when she knew they did not. I was overcharged $17. I guess she did not expect me to look at the receipt. Bad business ethics!! read more
