The cashier guy just shrugged, the pharmacist wouldn't even talk to me when I specifically asked for clarification. Yes, they fucked up and literally did not care to even look at the problem. Dedicating a person to Drive Thru during peak hours would help, in and out in just a few minutes makes the store profit and customers happier. Shouldn't be a 30 minute wait going through Drive Thru, they desperately need more employees in the pharmacy.

I asked if they knew any resources that could help him get an affordable new walker, the incredibly kind and caring woman went in the back and found a used walker that was in way better shape and gifted it to my vulnerable friend. It brought me to tears and has made a world of difference for my neighbor. He lives alone and is in his 80s.
