I called and spoke with a manger but she blames it on the "local workers", saying they were messy instead of taking the responsibility for her store being dirty. It was pretty disappointing that she made a slightly racist comment. The workers never want to help and seem to wander around aimlessly on their phones. I'm not trying to shame anyone at all but a lot of the clothes the workers wear are pretty dirty looking and don't even look like they want to be there at all. There was a worker saying he didn't even want to be there, which is silly to say so loudly in front of customers. Maybe they don't, but maybe customer service isn't for them then, and maybe the managing should be doing a better job at managing.

I was pleasantly surprised by the selection. They had fresh tropical fruits, cold drinks, kayaks, and other outdoor recreation items that aren't available at my local Super Walmart in Seattle. Some of the larger items would be a little difficult to haul home, but it was great to see such a wide variety of products geared toward the lake lifestyle. Most Walmart stores carry many of the same everyday items, but this location offers some unique products that make it stand out. If you're visiting Lake Chelan and need supplies, sporting goods, snacks, or just want to browse, this Walmart is definitely worth a stop. I'm sure it's real hard on these girls to make sure prescriptions are ready to go when you arrive. Prescription sent to this pharmacy on 10/27/25. Patient called pharmacy on 11/7/25. As always, pharmacy has nothing pending. But when begged to double check, oh, they found it was received on 10/27/25. Pharmacy tech will now start processing (on 11/7) and technician will call me later with update. 11/8 through 11/14 patient has received no call. Patient called daily during this time to get status. No one answers. Or they answer, put you on hold, then disconnect you. Patient calls back, no answer. All of this during their "open" business hours. Completely dysfunctional, horrible, zero customer concern or service. If I had a better local option I would never go again. Once this one gets filled, if it ever does, I will be permanently switching to mail order. DO NOT give this terrible business, owned by Apurva Patel of East Wenatchee (who also does not answer the phone or return calls) any of your hard earned money or business they simply do not deserve.
