The girls are very kind and knowledgeable. It sucks that they don't have a pharmacist right now. But they do have a couple of people that do come and work there during the week. Thank goodness for that. Otherwise this Riteaid probably would not be open. Riteaid has been my pharmacy go to for over 30 years. With the lack of resources in the area, i.e. pharmacist. I'm sure it's real hard on these girls to make sure prescriptions are ready to go when you arrive. I just want to say thank you to everyone that has done such a great job at helping everyone that comes to their counter. I know it can be hard. Hang in there all of you. I waited on hold for two days, with the same message coming on "there are three callers ahead of you". Those three callers must have been pissed to wait over two days and still be in the line waiting for an answer. Service here is not acceptable and should be changed. My doctor sent a prescription over to Wallgreens over a month ago and they still claim they never got it. I believe it is time to change pharmacy.

I…read morehaven't been through the drive though in less than 30 minutes, sometimes around 45 minutes for a couple cars (2-3 ahead of me). Rx gets sent in, give it a day, call no Rx received. Contact doctor, refill was sent a week prior. So call back, fight auto phone teller, oh they do have it, but they haven't filled it yet. Check back next day, sure we can fill that for you, give us a few hours. Every time, no exceptions. Then they are snippy and rude with you. They close at 1:30pm for lunch, got there at 1:15, a little close but I couldn't break away from work sooner. They put the closed for lunch sign up while I was talking to them, in between our faces and said my Rx wasn't in yet. I'm going back to Safeway.

I went to pick up…read morea RX for an elderly neighbor and they did not have his RX ready even though he had a text from them saying it was ready. They said that it was an error in the system that often happens and they were very rude and unhelpful. They said they did not have time that evening before close to fill it. So I drove 30 miles to another pharmacy that had later hours. I am tired of having to interact with surly staff. I am moving my RX's to another pharmacy further away just to avoid having to deal with grumpy people. It would help a great deal if the system for requesting refills was intuitive and user friendly, but it is painful to use and hard to know if they filled your RX.
