The process was pretty typical but the reason why I'm giving 5 stars is their waiting room! Their waiting room is an actual ROOM! With full walls and a door (which has a passcode lock on it, I presume for securing the area after hours) and their treatment rooms are actual rooms with solid doors and walls too! I've never seen this in another pharmacy and I was really excited about it! The pharmacist was personable and professional. My spouse and I were in and out quickly enough and happy to have additional protection against the flu. It breaks my heart to have to write this, because I've been going to this pharmacy for years. But…read morethe last three times I've gone in to fill my prescriptions, they were either the wrong dosage, only partially filled, or completely out. This last time I went in, I worked until 5:30p and was leaving town early the next day, so I was hoping to grab my prescription before they closed. Not only was the dosage wrong, they didn't even have the right medication on hand. The lady who helped me was extremely rude to me and unwilling to help me out; she even made a very rude comment about me coming in right before they closed even though I literally had no other options, otherwise I would have come in earlier. I was appalled with how poorly I was treated and will not be returning to this pharmacy.
