The discounts here are worth it and I tend to get some stuff here over other big stores like Walmart and Target. There seem to be lots of comments about the bathroom? I'm sure it could be up-kept a little, but as customers, we need to try to treat establishments with respect. It's not the employees fault that customers ruin the amenities provided to them. To note, I would like to emphasize that I have had pretty unpleasant experiences with the pharmacist. But the pharmacy techs are truly, truly wonderful. Thanks Alberto and the rest of the staff. I always remembered it to be a friendly, family oriented place that I looked forward to going to with my mom. Well I recently moved back to town and things have taken a turn for the worst. Staff are rude, unhelpful, and have an extremely entitled attitude. There was ONE woman who was actually trying to be helpful, but the other staff (two younger girls) bashed her down and acted like she was dumb for asking questions and trying to help me. I tried SIX TIMES over the course of a week to get my prescription and they kept giving me the run around. By the 8th day of trying, I said forget it and I am going to Sebastopol now. The staff seem bored, are unfriendly, and aren't uninterested in helping their customers. What finally prompted me to write this review was the restroom. It was absolutely disgusting: no toilet paper, urine on the floor, feces on the toilet, and even feces in the trash can. It was one of the dirtiest public restrooms I've encountered. The rest of the property isn't much better. The parking lot is always covered in trash, and the store itself is dirty and poorly maintained. The entrance is often blocked by people camped outside with large amounts of belongings, making it difficult to get in and out of the store. During my most recent visit, there was loud music playing while people were asking customers for money. I just wanted to pick up my prescription and leave. Overall, this store needs serious attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. It's GROSS!

No need to read any further…read more Following the instructions on the email that CVS sent, I arrived eight minutes before my appointment. There were no lines for a vaccination. I had every expectation of receiving a vaccination within two minutes of my appointment time just like every other CVS I've been to. At exactly my appointment hour I started observing the pharmacist. At three minutes after the appointment hour, she put on her jacket. At five minutes after the appointment hour, I asked how long it would be. She came over and she said it will be a few minutes and I said it's five minutes after the appointment and she said yes I start at the appointment time. She refused to tell me how much longer it would take. By the way, you have to mix two vials together, so it was at least another 12 minutes, not a hard answer. The question is whether she was late, or lazy, or it was a power play, or she didn't know how to prepare the vaccine. Kind of doesn't matter I left without the vaccine. I've used other CVS before and they were awesome. Do not go to the CVS for vaccines.

The one in Southern California I believe is the central USA distributor for KPC herbs. They appeared to be very busy when I started using them. So I switched to Crane Herb up north in Sebastopol and they have been perfect for easy ordering and I always get the products in two days. Also their customer service is the best. So I think there might be a confusion with regard to that.
