Ryan from Hopkins Towing pulled us right out and had us follow him so he could make tracks for us to get home. He stopped at every stop sign until we caught up to him (even getting out once to tell me what to do if I start sliding). After we got back to town, he called to make sure we got home okay and to tell me what to do so my tires don't freeze. If you EVER need tow service, I couldn't recommend this company more. I have used this shop in the past because they had good reviews and are close to my work. Recently, I was driving to work when I felt one of my break lines pop. The timing was awful as I was set to start driving to Boston right after work for my daughter's wedding. Not only did they take me right away, but they were able to replace both break lines before my shift ended. I can only imagine how disruptive it was to their schedule. They could have charged me triple what they actually did and I would have happily paid. It would still have been cheaper than two plane tickets and a rental car with less than 24 hours notice.
