This place is awesome my kids started right when he opened. The family is great and instructor is wonderful and his two children who help with the class are also great. My girls have gained so much confidence and strength. They went from not being able to do push ups to being pros. They get a lot of exercise in this class and learn great techniques. My purpose to enroll was to get them more confidence is self defense and also to gain strength. I highly recommend the class to anyone kids or adults. read more

Our 3 boys took Master Sa's special sparring seminar. It was amazing. Their sparring skills improved so much. They got to experience Olympic style sparring matches. Master Sa & his 2 sons are amazing martial artists. Ben is the current national champion. Royce is a top 5 national competitor. It was a special treat to spar against people of their caliber. Master Sa's classes are intense but fun. A lot of cardio. A lot of drills. At the end of class, my boys are tired but they always had a good time. I highly recommend taking his classes. We had an honor and a pleasure to participate in Master Sa's sparring seminars led by him and his sons - Ben and Royce.
