I added the hot stones as an upgrade, which I'm glad I did. She hit all the right pressure points. After my massage, I walked over the Covewood to grab lunch. I got the miso glazed salmon on top of udon noodles and tomato dashi and edamame with a glass of apple juice. I enjoyed the weather, the view of the water and live music. Afterwards, I walked back to the spa and went into the dry sauna for 10 minutes to unwind before my facial. Sydney did my facial, and I fell asleep. I woke up feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and my skin felt super soft. Both ladies were amazing and so kind. I ended the day with a glass of bubbly and relaxed in the waiting lounge for a bit.
