Because of this, there were times we had an appointment with a no show and no call. They installed a real nice water feature in our yard. The lights went bad and they are under warrenty. My wife has been chasing him down for a few months to get it done. We were told the lights were in rather quickly but still had to wait. Again, no shows without a call. More empty promises. His work was good. Communications can use quite a bit of work, otherwise our yard looks real nice. Reached out to him 8/15/19 for the lights. 113 days later, the lights were replaced. That is one week short of 4 months.

Frank Stiles/Heron Creek commenced our project in 2021 and yet after three pool seasons, our project was still incomplete. We had to hire another pool company at our expense to correct Heron Creek's shoddy workmanship and inferior materials. Frank Stiles has been consistently unresponsive and was rarely and infrequently on site despite being the "project manager." He is a poor manager!
