First appointment was free money thrown at them where they literally came in, and stared at the system WITHOUT doing any work. They didn't even open it. They told me they'd follow up in two days with an estimate for the work they'd need to do to maintain my system. I have never heard back from them. I called them for months every 2 then 1 week. They always told me the same thing: we will look at your case sir and get back to you. Today we are in mid October and I have yet to hear back from this so called company. A complete scam and I am going to fight to get my money back and to get these fraudulent people out of scams to run. Worse possible experience so far.

They were careful to protect my floors while transferring the old equipment and installing the new units. They were on time, polite and worked through the oppressive heat and air pollution we experienced today. I was especially pleased that they solved a few cosmetic details that I had concerns about.
