The new system they installed work great this summer, and we finally no longer have dry spots and our entire lawn is nice and green. They even gave us a WiFi timer, which is incredibly convenient! I bought an old home in 2022 and the sprinkler system was not working. I called at least 5 different companies, all with numerous rave reviews, before taking a chance with Ample Irrigation which was a smaller local startup without many reviews at the time. Although Ample did give me the best price, that was not the main reason I chose to go with them. The main reason was because they made me feel like I could trust them. After comparing quotes from a selection of other businesses decided to go with Ample. Mainly because got the best sense from Dylan. From the first meeting through the installation he was very grounded. No upselling, no complications or fluff just simple, straight forward "this is what I believe would be best for your needs and this is how we can make it happen and how much its going to cost". Additionally it was a perfect match as this business is local (always happy to support local business) and was very knowledgeable regarding the towns restrictions and requirements. Day of installation showed up Dylan and Justin. I had been advised they would be here at 8am. My experience with plumbers and landscapers, "see you at 8" means they are showing up between 9-9:30. Well these guys pulled up at 7:59am. This is somewhat unheard of. A service provider being on time! Installation process took pretty much all day. Which was expected. During which the lawn looked like a warzone. Which is also expected. At the end when they were done I had trouble telling that they had ever been here. Lawn was back intact with barely noticeable marks of where they had run the lines. If you are looking for white glove service where everything will be done with a delicate touch and run you 6 figures, this is not the company for you. If you are like me and prefer a local business with genuine people who work hard, due an excellent job, are not afraid to get their hands dirty and are not going to charge you an arm and a leg, then this could be your perfect match. Dylan from Ample Irrigation was very rude and unprofessional. I've been a customer for over 9 years and have referred countless customers to this company. I got cursed at and hung up on when trying to make an appointment. I gave them 5 days out of the week that I was available but the only days they have I'm at work all day. Tried to make it work for over a month but couldn't get me in on 5 of 7 days for over a month which is ridiculous. Told him I've been trying to make it work for about a month and I'm just not available on those days. He got frustrated and cursed me out and was told too f***ing bad I can't make it on those days...I don't need your f***ing business and hung up on me. He installed in ground sprinklers in my back yard, fixed a broken sprinkler in my front lawn, and hooked up a WiFi device that I can control my sprinklers remotely from my smart phone!! Excellent company! Very fast in responding. I texted them o to complete a backflow test for my home and my parents home. They came the next morning and probably did that backflow testing. I had been called them to ask them to fax the backflow testing to my town and within an hour everything was complete it. They even emailed me a copy of the backflow testing and a copy of the confirmed fax that was successfully sent.
