November 2025 I was diagnosed with degeneration of my lumbar and cervical spine, right knee torn meniscus with a cyst, and two torn tendons in my left elbow. I came here to see Iris after experiencing the vicious cycle of UTIs, antibiotics, and yeast infections on repeat. Iris deeply cares for her patients and listens intently to all your needs. I've never had acupuncture done before or cupping. My daughter recommended sage wellness center to me after dealing with a painful trapezius strain and vertigo. After being seen by Jewelz, my first treatment brought me a lot of relief. I was finally able to sleep and have more movement in my back. Sage Wellness Center has been an absolute God send for me. I found Yvette 22+ years ago when I was going through infertility treatments and IFV. I couldn't stand to be in my own skin because of all the medication. I started seeing Yvette for acupuncture and she put me on some herbs. I have 2 wonderful boys 19 and 17 now. In 2020 I went back to see Yvette cause I couldn't deal with the hormone patches I was put on after a complete hysterectomy. And helped me get through that. Now I'm back in 2026 cause of life and all it's thrown at me and I was completely drained of energy and needed to do something to myself. Jewels has been amazing getting me back to normal.
