As I tell all my family and friends, Dr Brielle Kelly literally saved my life! I had been dealing with painful planter fasciitis, neck and shoulder pain for about a month. I was unable to walk one block from the house, could not exercise and, importantly, could not sleep. Finally, I could not take it anymore and I called Yinfinite in the morning and Dr Kelly squeezed me in during what I think was her lunch break that very same day. She is so warm and compassionate and even as I was suffering and unable to move much, she had me laughing and feeling joy again right away. She explained what was going on with my body and helped me lay out a clear plan of action. And, amazingly, I was able to literally skip my way back to the gym to workout for the first time in a month the very next day. I've slept every night since my visit. Appointment for a Tui Na massage was booked online many weeks ago, as a gift for my birthday from someone. I showed up on time with my confirmation email and there is no masseuse. I am a long time acupuncture client of acupuncture at other places and was considering coming to Yinfinite Wellness for long term acupuncture and related care, if this had worked out today. The front desk women at Yinfinite Wellness has a meltdown and blames the "computers" and "the internet", no sincere apologies just hostility and anger. She insists that the computer system can't make first time appointments and it requires a phone call initially, but she sees my appointment in her computer system. The appointment confirmation email reads like it was an appointment for "Brielle", but the front desk women says it should be with "Wendell" who is a massage contractor. I understand mistakes happen, I have much respect for healers and small business owners but how this was handled was unprofessional. I hope someone learns from this mistake and appropriate changes are made. If you want to run a business (especially in Silicon Valley) in 2017, please invest in your website and user experience design. read more

Absolutely lovely clinic. My care team recommended acupuncture for me after getting diagnosed with gastroparesis and IBS. The whole team was compassionate and warm in all of my communications with them. Plus they had providers in-network with insurance! Unfortunately, my symptoms have prevented me from going back recently but I would highly recommend Yinfinite Wellness. I worked with Michiko, and she couldn't have been kinder. They have a convenient parking lot right outside the clinic. Just be mindful of their cancellation policy! It is understandably extremely strict. read more

I don't normally write Yelp reviews, in fact, I think this is only my second.  However, my experience with Yinfinite Wellness has been so positive, I felt compelled to do so.  My hope is that other folks in need will find the same relief I have. I've been seeing Brielle Kelly for the past several months...she's my savior.  Trying to heal a torn meniscus is what originally brought me in, but I've since been treated for a pinched nerve in my shoulder, and various muscle tightness.  I honestly don't think the term "miracle worker" is an overstatement.  After a handful of sessions, the swelling in my knee had virtually vanished, and I was back doing everything I was before the injury.  To put that into perspective, shortly before my first session, there were days I was hardly able to walk.  She's turned me into a believer of the art / science of acupuncture. The minute you walk through the door, you're greeted by the friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating staff.  The decor has a modern spa feel, to the point you can feel yourself decompressing the minute you enter.  An acupuncture session feels like a mini spa break in the middle of the day. I have always and continue to marvel in the healing powers of acupuncture and TCM, and let's just get straight to the point: Brielle has an amazing touch. Yinfinite Wellness has been such an asset to our health care resources. My family has done acupuncture with Brielle & Megan with really great results from pain associated with sciatica, back spasms, migraines & menstrual cramping. They both have been very patient, gentle, great about answering questions and suggesting follow-up. My daughter was initially incredibly anxious about trying acupuncture, but they totally put her at ease. Now she's a huge fan! Last year were dealing with a migraine headache that lasted for 2 weeks. After a visit to urgent care, getting hooked up to an IV, an appointment with a neurologist, and various drugs (which got rid of about 80% of the pain), an acupuncture session is what finally killed the wretched thing. Ancient Chinese medicine has its fair share of critics. The curing principles and tactics used to aid the body in self reparation are fascinating. Now... Before I bore you, here is why I gave this place 5 stars (and why you should consider trying it out for yourself): 1. Ambiance/Cleanliness - from the moment you walk through the door you are invited in by a calm and pleasant combination of essential oils, decor and a tidy/clean reception area. 2. Receptionists - are pleasant and efficient. They ensure you're tended to and set proper expectations with you so you know, more or less, how long before you're seen (usually quick every time I come here). 3. Practitioners - I've only had the pleasure of being "worked on" (cuz I am sort of like a custom vehicle at the shop, if you will... hell, even if you won't that's how I like to think of it) by two ladies for acupuncture. Both great, but mostly by Brielle so I will describe the experience with her more granularly for your reading pleasure. She's very personable and genuine. She spends time understanding what you're feeling and very quickly crafts a plan to help get you balanced. She exudes passion in what she does. This is one of those intangibles that separate the "This is just my job" sort of folks from the "This is what I love and it lines my pockets nicely" types. Don't take my word for it though (or do), but in either case set up an appointment to get rid of that annoyingly consistent headache or that random pain in your leg/arm. I don't always have acupuncture needles in me, but when I do I let Yinfinite Wellness do the sticking... Stay healthy my friends! read more

I've had several sessions with Megan and she was wonderful! She's so warm and friendly and I've always left my sessions feeling better. I'm scared of needles but she's gentle and I felt more at ease with each session. I've also fallen asleep a few times 10 minutes into my sessions after the needles were and I am not a "napper" so that was pretty neat. Megan also recommended some Chinese herbs for sleep which has been helping me stay asleep longer. This is a wonderful place and I'm glad I was able to find it! read more

I LOVE Brielle! She's warm, funny, professional and knows what she's doing. I starting seeing her about 5 months ago for my lower back pain and for allergies. My back is feeling the best it's felt in years. Before I came to see Brielle my eyes were ALWAYS burning and felt dry due to allergies. I would wake up and have to peel my eyelids apart because of all the gunk. I even stopped wearing my contacts. I've seen Brielle Kelly at Yinfinite Wellness twice now and she is AMAZING! Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable in her profession, but she has such a calming demeanor and from the moment I walked into the room, I already felt at ease with her. I basically laid out my what was going on with me(between a recent lower back injury & peri menopause issues) and she said "we'll get you fixed up in no time". She put needles in which definitely sent a few shock waves through my body, but then I went into a deep slumber for 20min or so. She then did cupping(which I've never done before) and I could feel that move/release tension in that area in my back. Anyway, I've done accupunture in the past, and this felt nothing like my prior experiences and I actually feel like there is progress with my injury. I have been seeing Brielle 2x a week for the past 6 weeks or so. I came initially to reduce inflammation and promote healing for a foot surgery I had. I had a hard time finding a place that had online scheduling and a practitioner who could explain what they were doing and I could communicate with. In short - she is magic. My healing has greatly accelerated and she has also helped me me with a tight right shoulder I have - doing gua sha and cupping to promote myofacial release. I made a massage appointment for my wife for her birthday, when she arrived, they first said they didn't have record of the appointment, then said they did but it was "in another system" and the person who was supposed to do the massage wasn't in that day? Instead of being polite, and helping her reschedule they were rude and made more excuses. I received 3 confirmations of the appointment prior to the day, so either they were lying, or they don't know how to use their own booking system. read more
