This may seem frightening or overwhelming, but be open and honest--they're not there to jam you up. I can attest that my everyday life, work life, and home life have all improved dramatically since we started managing my pain and its underlying causes through a multifaceted plan. This includes medication, weight loss, better nutrition, muscle building, and exercise. Through these methods, I have been able to avoid surgery, which would not have been possible without the proper management of my pain under the care of these practitioners. I was approved for 2 sessions of PT a week and each time I went, I found the facility to be very clean (there are people constantly wiping down machines and equipment), the therapists I saw were very good in explaining what I was to do and what it would help with, and they also provided detailed information sheets and videos as to exercises I was to do at home. I am happy to say that with their knowledge and assistance, I am again pain free after about 6 weeks of treatment. I would highly recommend them. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable, the facility is very clean, their hours are accommodating, and they have a great location.

She got called a drug addict and proceeded to prescribe two different medications (muscle relaxers and Xanax) to try before prescribing any pain medication again and wouldn't admit her to the hospital, and she called herself a "lowly family doctor". Sounds more like a prescription drug pusher. She basically accused her of making it all up, but prescribed completely unrelated medications anyway to make a few bucks. Completely unprofessional, and a glaring example of what is wrong with American medicinal practices. Avoid at all costs.

They are simply the best the area has to offer! The nursing staff is hit or miss...had some issues with major delays in receiving medication and needed to complain in order to get what I needed, but people don't come here for the nurses. They come for the therapy, and the therapists go the extra mile to really ensure you have a treatment plan that works for you. I am now continuing to see their outpatient physical and occupational therapists, and again, they are outstanding. AND...now as an outpatient, I get to use the pool for therapy!
