I go here every few weeks for my brows and have always been impressed with the quality for the price. It's easy and quick! However, today, I showed up about ten minutes after opening and was told the employee forgot her keys and it would be another 5-10 minutes before she could open since someone was bringing her a spare. No problem- we had another appointment to go to in 45 minutes so it should work out fine. We hung around for about 20 minutes until a couple waiting since before us inquired again on timing and she told them 25 minutes. We definitely did not have time to wait that long! I wish she had been honest from the get go because I could have taken my toddler to run other errands and come back after our other appointment. However, now we'll be stopping somewhere else to get brows done today after this fiasco. Communication is key when running a business! read more

I walked in and the staff only glanced at me and didn't welcome me or say that they will be with me shortly. Another member said her staff will be with me soon. The young lady that helped me with my eyebrows did a wonderful job. I loved the results of my full face. However, the experience was not friendly at all. The lady made unnecessary comments like, "if you need a tissue, you can ask for it" when I was rubbing my eyes. She also said, "I put your hands there so don't move it," when my hands were slipping from my face. I opened my eyes and looked at her and recollected myself. Another comment was, "are you okay?" I replied, "my neck is not in a comfortable position at the moment." Then she said, "it's not supposed to be a comfortable experience." There was also moments when the lady sighed at my side burns and said, "they are to long, I'm going to cut them." I could have left in the middle of my service but I didn't. I go here often and salida always does amazing work along with gita. But, they have had several new girls recently and I always emphasize I'd like my eyebrows cleaned and left thick. Once again they didn't listen. This is the second time the girls have thinned out my eyebrows the first time I was refunded and the owner tried to fix it. Today my eyebrows were messed up again. The lady who did my eyebrows told me one eyebrow was nicer than the other and that's why one was thin and the other was not. Never in my life have I had anyone do a consistently amazing job in shaping my brows, even when I lived in NYC! There's not many eyebrow threading options in South Denver, so my 25 minute drive is well worth it. Cons: The shopping mall is a tad bit sketchy. I've never had any problems and I know commercial rent in Denver is crazy expensive, so it's pretty reasonable for them to be located there. read more

Went in for eyebrow threading and the only directions I gave the girl where to not make them to thin and to only clean them up don't add any shape please. She asked me no other questions on how I wanted my eyebrows to look and started working. I now have extremely thin extremely uneven eyebrows. When I went back in after seeing them to ask for a refund the manager insulted my natural eyebrows and then called us rude for asking for a refund. I don't believe the girl that provided my service was licensed based on the service she provided. On top of all of that she kept trying to get me to wax my lip almost insinuating it was hairy after I repeatedly told her no thank you I wax for work and I'll just wax it at work. Definitely don't recommend this place if you love your eyebrows. If you want two pencil thin uneven lines on your face this is the place for you! read more

Super weird experience trying to get my eyelashes done here. Made an appointment for 11am. They called me at 10:10 and 10:30 to confirm I was coming. I get there at 10:55. They ask if I want eyebrows too. I say no. I believe they expected to be able to delay me with other services. At around 10:57 they call whoever my appointment was with and tell her to come. I get up to leave. They follow me out saying she'll be here soon. I say you called me twice to confirm and expect me to sit and wait? Then I got in my car, while the the lady keeps trying to convince me to wait, and leave. At 11:50 I get a call and several texts from a woman stating she is the eyelash person and explaining her tardiness. All very weird and bad business. I needed my eyebrows to start off to a fresh new start, so I chose Saheli Eyebrows Threading to delivery that to me. My goal was for my eyebrows to look healthy and have an arch shaped figure. When coming in, the place is very clean and not obnoxious like my previous visits at other salons that perform eyebrow threading. They were professional and friendly for the most part, and the process took only 5 minutes for me. You can literally get out of work and school and get your eyebrows done for lunch. It's that quick. My finishing results were actually beautiful, although you couldn't do much with my eyebrows, since they were thinner, but they're better than ever before. This way, it'll be a much easier journey for my eyebrows to grow out and get them threaded again. No need to use a painful tweezer ever again! I did darken them in with my natural brown pencil, but they look really nice in time for my vacation. The pricing was only $9 total with no added on taxes or fees for using a debit or credit card. So it was pretty easy to get in and get out from the place. Overall acceptable work was performed, the place was clean, dedicated, and professional. The ladies were able to communicate and do their work, and it wasn't expensive at all. $1 off on $10 eyebrows threading is actually a total big deal because most places don't offer that minimum discount. read more

The technican I had was Paru. Pain: excellent - compared to the other ones I have had done (over 10 different places and for many years). I mean obviously it hurts but I wasn't even close to crying. One of the most painless threading I had Shape: so I didn't request any shape and she didn't ask me. I got a korean style eyebrow - I've never had that before. It's definitely interesting. Usually my threaders give me a defined arch. It looks good - I'm not sure if I'll stick with it though - so if I go back I may request for the arched eye brow. Personality: wasn't too talkative but was professional - which is perfectly fine with me. Price: 9$ eyebrows. Very reasonable. Overall - one of my top three places to get threaded (one of which is in a different state). I suggest clients who are going for the specific look to tell her or she will make the decision for you - which again was a pretty awesome shape (just never seen it on me before) read more
