It has now been 12 business days, and there seems to be no sense of urgency or concern for the customer experience. Payment was collected promptly, but the product has yet to be delivered, and communication has been consistently lacking. I took a pairs of my glasses and my wife's glasses for some new clear nose comfort pad repairs. I was nicely greeted and seated at the center by the Manager Optician Michele. Michele was very organized and very efficient, as she handled each customer waiting for service very professionally. Patricia was the Spectacles and Contacts Optician who took care of me and my two pair of glasses. Patricia went in the back room and installed new very small clear glasses nose comfort pads on my two pair of glasses. Patricia had a very nice personality, and the total cost of my glasses repairs were only $5.34. That's correct you heard it right, $5.34. I will definitely be coming back to this Walmart Vision & Glasses Center again !
