The existing bathroom walls were water damaged with chair rail and bead board running halfway up the sides. They walls needed to be primed, plastered and painted after the chair rail and bead board were removed, a piece added to fill the gap where the vanity did not flushly meet the wall and new bullnose tiles installed where the shower/tub met the wall. Also there was a second door from the hallway into the bathroom that I wanted removed. It was sheet rocked inside the bathroom and the hall wall side matched to the elaborate molding that ran along the bottom half. The guys had to build the molding from scratch because it is no longer manufactured..The finished hallway wall looks as though it has always been there,!!! And the bathroom itself, looks roomier, bright and fresh without the chair rail and beadboard. The guys came to work promptly every morning, cleaned up every night before they left, used drop cloths and plastic sheets to protect the rest of the house. They consulted me every step of the way as they built new molding from scratch, planned out how to fill the gap and checking to make sure I was happy with the result- WHICH I WAS. Frank and Justin, the project managers, were extremely responsive to my concerns and the two on site guys were GREAT. I whole heartedly recommend Prestige for any construction project, small or big , you might be considering.

We always gave him his payments when due, but now that we want all the little finishing touches done and to be corrected he's gone, disappeared! We've tried calling him, and his wife Abby, and sending emails, but to no avail. It seems that he may have blocked us from calls and texts. I'm so disgusted in their behavior. These pictures do not even do it justice how he left our home in shambles. He knew what needed to be done, we discussed when he asked for his final payment. Memo made me feel so uncomfortable demanding his final payment, even though I knew what needed to be done here! Now we're the jerks stuck in this mess he made. Unfinished moulding, unfinished siding, no doors or shelves on my closet! It wasn't like that when he started. The back door he installed, leaks, appears to be installed upside down, and is not sturdy! The tile has holes in it by the back door. There was supposed to be a saddle by the back door. Holes in the grout tile floors in many different spots! Wires hanging all over my back patio, that were not there prior to him ripping off my siding. The nails in between the windows, no trim to cover? And more.....! He and his wife should be ASHAMED of themselves for treating us this way. WE PAID YOU!!! DISGUSTING DISGUSTING DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR! I made two appointments (with Desiree) for John to come to my home to give me a quote for work that I had. Both times John was "unable to make the appointment". The first time I was already half way to my house on my lunch hour when I decided to call first to confirm that he would be meeting me. Good that I did, because he wasn't going to be there. The second time (which you'd have thought he'd try to keep or call me himself) - Desiree called, left a message that John couldn't be there until 3 hours after the appt was set up and when I tried to call her right back - she never answered the phone for me to tell her that postponing was not possible on that day. I gave them one last chance by telling them the two days I was available to meet him, and they didn't bother contacting me to set it up. I don't like being jerked around for an appointment - I'm busy and I do what I say I'm going to do. I expect any contractor to do the same. Thankfully, I didn't have him perform any work as his word was already crap just setting up an appointment for a quote.
