From the moment I walked in to their family day open house I was tremendously impressed. The staff greeted me very friendly and I was quickly given a complete tour of the facility, culminating in seeing the pump room where the advanced water filtration system was humming (wow!). Obviously the facility is brand new, however it felt so clean and organized that it added to my peace of mind. The overall atmosphere is one of excitement as it's decorated and laid out for children to feel right at home. Kudos to the owners and staff. They really put together a beautiful facility that I'll be proud to take my boys for their swimming lessons. The center is in an unassuming building with ample parking in their lot. You walk in and the scent of poop water hits you -- but it's much better than at hotels. After a check in at the front desk and a short explanation of how things worked, we were ready to change for class. The front room has chairs facing big windows so guests can watch the classes and stay dry. There are cubbies for your stuff out in the open as well as a lost and found section and plenty of magazines in case you need reading material. Three changing stalls with curtains and three individual bathrooms with changing table, toilet and sink are available. Right after classes get out, these can fill fast so you may have a wait. I went in to the pool area for the Water Babies class to take photos, which they allow you to do. My sister and my niece enjoyed roughly 30 minutes of singing songs and acclimating babies to the water. They practiced moving on their stomachs as well as their backs, had some tummy time on a floating mat, and practiced cues for swimming and gripping the walls. It was really cute to watch, but more than that, I could tell the instructor loves what she does and knows her stuff when it comes to babies in the water. I caught glimpses of other classes -- toddlers to maybe 6 year olds or so -- and the instructors were kind and knowledgeable and the kids were having fun. I'd give this place 4 stars on a first impression, but wouldn't be surprised if they move up to 5 in the coming weeks as I get to know them more. :)

The bleachers are elevated over the pool deck, giving every seat a clear view of the racing. The floor and chairs are clean, with no trash or stains strewn about. I preferred sitting the stadium seating in the first few rows, but the bleachers are also pretty comfortable. However, there is not a bad seat in the house, especially when your team is winning! The restrooms near the facility are clean and organized, and they were well-stocked with hygiene products. The concession stand is unreasonably expensive, but that is common at most sports facilities. It offers a wide selection of chips, candy, bottled drinks, and fountain drinks, as well as other snacks like soft pretzels, nachos, and hot dogs. Keep in mind that the concession stand only accepts card, not Apple Pay or cash.

I am able to enjoy my own Soundtrack. I am now doing 40 minutes on the Treadmill, 10 minutes on the Rower, 10 minutes on the Weight Floor. The Matrix Treadmills and Rowers are superior to what was available at Orangetheory.

They received attentive instruction from all of their coaches and progressed through the program eventually joining the competitive team. My oldest even eventually became an instructor for the developmental program. The competitive coaches work hard to instill a team atmosphere among the various groups both in and out of the pool. My kids fell in love with the sport through ACST. The coaches, board of directors, and swim families provide a strong support system for swimmers and parents alike. We only left the program following our move. I highly recommend ACST for the beginning swimmer as well as those wanting to continue to a more competitive level. The other children in the group got scared and all jumped out of the water and backed away from her in fear. When I went to the administration, after hearing my story, they talked to the instructor and told me my kids weren't ready to learn to swim and refused to participate. They did at least give me my money back, but I was most upset that they have instructors that would do that, then blame the child for it. I had to find another place quickly, because I didn't want the fear to stick. I got them into other lessons within a week, and after 4 months, my son has mostly gotten over the fear instilled in him by ACST's instructor, but my daughter still has some lingering issues. She will at least get in the pool as long as she can touch the bottom, but she is afraid of going underwater at all and still starts crying when she hears the word "bob." I would not recommend ACST for children to learn to swim.

I did the CIRC HIIT class with Chris. The circuit is written on a board and they go over the exercises with the group prior to beginning. There were 10 stations and we did each one 3 times for 40 seconds. Stations ranged from planks with hip dips, TRX rows, sprints, wall squats; rower and more. It truly is a full body workout. It was a welcoming group although a small one. I went with two friends and that really helped us ease into the routine. I for sure plan on returning since it'll be a different type of circuit every time.
