Came from another dentist's office. Was good at first. They switched my hygienist on day of cleaning. Found alternative to be rather condescending. That day I had an exam from Dr. Rice he was in and out so fast, and had some very disturbing info he walked out with. I felt very dismissed that day. Too busy to care I guess. Good for their bottom line, bad for retention. Good luck. Billing dept. needs an overhaul. You need to figure it out! Messages left for problem billing go mostly ignored. Billing office not the most ethical for their billing practices. I was charged fees without explanations- they can't seem to get their patients name correct. Most recently when I moved to another dentist I was shocked to know the braces needed to come off for cleanings. So, will my son's teeth look horrible when his braces come off?!?! I happily drive three hours to Dr. Rice's office for care. They have a wonderful pay-in-advance packaged dental plan that keeps me on track for regular cleanings. The staff is fabulously efficient, friendly, and responsive. I have never waited more than a few minutes to be seen. Every time I go there's a new cutting-edge piece of equipment and their Covid protection protocol is high level. Dr. Rice is so skilled, focused and gentle. This is as good as it gets! read more

Dr. Rice is fantastic. Very thorough and cutting edge. He uses all the newest technologies available, cutting down the time you're at the dentist and any recovery time as well. I recently went in with tooth pain and we discovered luckily it was a simply filling that was needed, nothing crazy. He used a new laser technology to do the filling which meant I didn't need to be numbed at all during the procedure. It was a truly incredible experience where I felt very little pain/tenderness and never felt the need for any numbing medication at all. The recovery time was non-existent, I was able to walk out and grab lunch immediately. I am indebted to Dr. Rice and will be back next month for a cleaning. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Rice for all your dental needs as he really seems to care about all of his patients, and his office staff is funny, friendly, and extremely helpful! If you haven't been to the dentist in a while, think about giving them a call, you'll be much more pleased than you thought! read more

After that visit, I noticed how professionals they were from answering the phone to the details of what the doctor found and how he will correct them. I had a toothache they got me in quickly and had a root canal the next day. It was an experience I would rather not go through again but Dr Michael Rice and Kelley were great kept me calm and finished the root canal. I was referred to Dr. Rice through 1-800-DENTIST, so I was hesitant (since I had not used that service before), but then saw the Yelp reviews so decided to give them a try. I was able to get an appt within 2 days of calling. All of the staff were wonderful! The dental hygienist had an emergency come up (prior to my cleaning), so Dr. Rice did my cleaning after my exam.
