It isn't related to the other "Landing" restaurants that are around Toronto. There is a patio that looks out onto the marina. It's very lovely but we were afraid of bugs so we stayed inside. We noticed that another group that was originally outside moved in after it got dark. You can catch the sunset here though, very scenic! Inside they have normal tables and ones with loungey leather chairs. You tend to sink into the latter so it makes it a little harder to eat unless you're sitting right at the edge of the table. These would be great if you're just having a drink. Service was good. The waitress checked in on us a few times and our waters were always topped off. The food was the part that fell a bit short. The maple pork medallions were the best thing at the table. I ordered a pound of wings which is supposed to be an appetizer but was quite filling for me. Interestingly enough, I had wings earlier that day and this 1 pound of wings had more wings than the other place, so at least you got a lot more in quantity. In terms of quality, I had a garlic parmesean sauce. The bottom of the dish was almost all oil - I have to assume that this is from the parm oil. It almost looked like butter but didn't taste like it. The wings were pretty dry inside and out. I also found a tiny tiny fly mixed in with the cheese. Not sure if it was from the patio door being opened so frequently. My friend was also disappointed in the chicken pasta. It was pretty bland and she had to salt it a lot to no avail. We wanted to try the dessert to see if the meal could be salvaged. We ordered the caramel chocolate cake. This cake had a hint of soap taste to me. My friends liked it though. If you want something a little different than a chain restaurant, this wasn't bad. It wasn't as nice as other hotel restaurants but it was fine for a utility meal.

Speaking of, when I visited the milkshake of the month was cherry coke and the food special was the Bing Crosby BLT so they really do stay true to theme. I only had ice cream (Salty Caramel) and fries here, so I can't fully speak to the food but what I did have was delicious. I saw nothing but hardworking, friendly and fun-loving staff during my visit and will definitely be back to try their breakfast the next time I'm in town. Restrooms are also labeled for "Guys, Dolls & Family" so that's super cute. Give this adorable little place a try!

Service was fast and friendly and I was out the door in about 10 minutes with my food in hand. The cost of my meal was $14.68 there was so much flavour in this dish it had me wanting more. I was not a fan of the beef but the chicken was delicious. My salad had lettuce tomato carrots onion and cucumbers and my naan bread was served warm. It was a large portion and prepared well. The coleslaw was horrible. Very bitter. And brown. Not a colour I think of for coleslaw. Not sure if something was wrong with it or not. Service is friendly and fast. The place was nice and quiet. This may be ok for just adults, but overall does not compare to other restaurants we frequent. Overall, we found it very expensive. Two orders of fish and chips and one order of chicken fingers, two soft drinks, came to over $60 when we were done. Due to the high prices, limited selection, and not being kid friendly at all (in a location where families would frequent baffles me), only two stars.
