After some google searching I called these guys hoping for help. Matt indicated he was well acquainted with both camps and also fluent with the minors policies at the airport. Said it would be no problem! I double checked with both the boy camp and the girl camp, and each indicated they'd worked with this company successfully in the past and had no concerns. So, very quickly Matt gave me a quote of $185 (including tip) to drive to two separate camps, pick up kids and the luggage, and get them to SAT and checked into their flights. He told he eaxactly what time he would be at each camp, and the camps called me when kids were picked up (so I know he was on time, at each location, as promised). My teenage daughter told me the check in at the airport went very smoothly and the driver helped with luggage and handed over the forms to the airline. I'm super happy with how streamlined the whole process was and honestly a bit amazed at the price (I expected quite a bit more). These guys are definitely going in "Mom's little bag of tricks" for navigating summer camp season from four states away. Matt, THANK YOU!

Instead they called me names, just apologize. Even if you feel you are not wrong, apologize for there being a problem to begin with. Business owners just have to do that sometimes. It involved you, it involved your business. But calling someone ignorant I would think is a quick way to lose customers. Customers matter most. Without them you have no business. #TheCustomerIsAlwaysRight I would not trust this company to drive me around because you can't even trust that they are good or honest people because when questioned or called out on something they attack. Take the criticism and use it constructively. Next time I need a ride I'll be calling a friend.

There was a line, but one of the staff came down the line asking if we had questions and bringing the forms to us as we waited so that we were all ready to go by the time we were up to the counter to pay. They were right on time to pick us up and brought us our towels which was helpful.

Mr. Hill, the guide, made the hunt fun and he worked hard at helping me and my son harvest an elk. The cook, Lisa I believe, made very good meals and did her best to take care of the hunters.
