So that why she was not releasing my rental. I feel so discriminated, im so stressed out and all it has been from that branch is prejudice and defamation of character. False information that I was getting a truck delivered too on a Saturday and they close at 12noon but im still getting it. They have several different starting points based on how long you want to float for and all the trips are the same price. They also take credit cards which is nice. What I liked the most about this place was how well they treated us. There was a line, but one of the staff came down the line asking if we had questions and bringing the forms to us as we waited so that we were all ready to go by the time we were up to the counter to pay. They were right on time to pick us up and brought us our towels which was helpful.

We rented a car in Colorado, drove out to Texas and had our tire blow out 50 minutes from our destination outside of San Antonio. We were ubered to this location to get a new car which they were unable to provide until our previous car was towed to a shop, which they told us could take several hours or DAYS! So we waited in the lobby for 2 hours while no one was able to help us get a replacement car and they ultimately got rid of us by ordering us an uber to our Airbnb. We still don't have a car, and the Assistant Manager there, John Rangel, was just as good as useless in helping us get a vehicle to use for our trip. The Branch Manager, Richard Moore, finally stepped in after 2 hours of waiting and he was also unable to get us a different vehicle. The trip was also to clear out my father's house (who just passed away) which we need a car to do. We are so upset and disappointed with our treatment and service here. We will NEVER be using enterprise again.

This turned out to be so much cheaper than taking an Uber and we had the freedom to explore and go places whenever we wanted. The counter where we picked up our rental car was slow and there were three separate lines that went to the same counter. This ended up causing a lot of confusion and frustration. The car drop-off was very easy and took only a few minutes. We got to choose from a variety of cars. The reservation matched the car that we drove off in. The car was clean and comfortable. I would rent from Alamo Rent A Car again.
