My daughter who is definitely an authorized recipient could have signed for the document, however, the carrier never rang my doorbell, or made ANY ATTEMPT to properly deliver the package. and my doorbell camera can corroborate my statement. This is the third time I have had an issue with certified mail being sent to me was improperly handled by the Mellon Court facility. There is not a sufficient word in the English language to describe how horrible this place is. DO BETTER! YOU ARE HIRED EMPLOYEES REPRESENTING AN AGENCY OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT! You can and should be replaced. My official rating for this facility is less than ONE STAR!

I didn't have everything together as it should be but she was more than helpful and had a wonderful attitude. Overall the customer service was above and beyond and I was really pleased because it definitely was not the normal post office experience I've had in the past.

I had a prepaid item to ship and you can see based off of the signage they are refusing to hand our receipts for prepaid items. They've set up a box where you just leave your items. They don't seem to understand that without evidence of a receipt I cannot prove that I took my package to the post office and dropped it off. I dropped off the package on Monday 11/29. The package today Friday 12/3 is still showing as if I am still in possession. It has no scans not even a scan that they have it. The two customer service agents were literally NO help. And one had an attitude when I went in to inquire. She was extremely nasty. The only thing they could say is if you left your package it was scanned. The rude young lady at the front even suggested that I didn't bring my package in "nobody else has complained about their packages not being scanned." I'm telling you don't do business here!!

If l could l will give UPS a no-star…read more I am extremely frustrated with UPS after a dispatcher changed my delivery address to an old address that is no longer mine without ever consulting me, the recipient. The listed delivery address on the package was already correct and current, yet someone at UPS decided to override it on their own. This was completely unacceptable, especially because the items I ordered were time-sensitive and the unauthorized address change caused a major disruption to an event being held at my home. I fail to understand why a UPS dispatcher would take it upon themselves to redirect a package without the recipient's consent or verification. This situation reflects a serious lack of accountability and poor customer service. Customers should be able to trust that their packages will be delivered to the address they actually provided -- not an outdated address chosen by someone else at UPS.

All the ones I have been to have been unsatisfactory. Make me feel Like the people working in there are there against their will. But not this time. The front USPS rep (Queza) was kind and patient and she was even smiling. Never have I seen an USPS worker smiling before. Makes such a big difference when someone isn't taking out their frustration on you. Glad there was no line too.
