Great service but I miss Pastor Bob. I believe the Bible says that we are to forgive one another…read morewhen we sin .He had a problem with adultery most men struggle with this . I can see women throwing them self's at him , his weakness got him . I thought may be a period of time away from the church would be OK for a consequence but to totally vanish him and even on YouTube is terrible. He brought a lot of people to Christ . Don't we learn from our mistakes and where is the forgiveness he started this church from nothing. How about the men in the Bible who committed adultery and murder they were forgiven. We all have to face God for our sins. I want to know where he is preaching because he is a great leader and pastor . The pastor gave a good service today but nothing like Bob would've done and actually to see this church half empty is sad . I would love to see Pastor Bob back and that we can show forgiveness. Parking is ample.

While the school presents itself as caring and faith-centered, many teachers and administrators create an environment that feels judgmental and discouraging. Several teachers make rude or sarcastic comments toward students. Mr. Picon often makes snarky remarks and argues with students in an unprofessional way. Mrs. Rodriguez has also made passive-aggressive comments, including responding sarcastically when students are confused. Many students complain about how discouraging she can be. Mrs. Beal is also known for profiling students based on one mistake and continuing to treat them differently afterward. Students feel that she gossips about them with other teachers and administrators instead of handling situations professionally. She frequently walks the halls looking for minor uniform or dress code violations, such as rolled skirts, AirPods, lanyards, or even students wearing the "wrong" shirt on certain days. When confronted, she often comes across as rude and judgmental and does not show the grace or understanding that the school claims to value, despite constantly referring students back to the handbook. Mrs. Shawver is also difficult for many students to approach because of her rude, snappy attitude and the way she speaks to students. Mr. Amadeo frequently pushes his personal political beliefs onto students, even during biblical discussions where politics should not be the focus. He often presents his personal opinions as completely correct because "the Bible says so" and makes students feel unintelligent for questioning or disagreeing with him. Students have felt embarrassed in front of the class after being called "stupid" and "an idiot" for thinking that way and treated like their opinions were worthless for simply challenging a point or asking questions. Some staff members seem more focused on catching students doing wrong than helping them. Mrs. Fox and Mrs. Cole are known for strict dress code enforcement and often come across as judgmental when disciplining students. Some punishments also feel humiliating rather than helpful. There have been reports of inappropriate comments from staff, including Mrs. Cole calling girls "sluts" for rolling their skirts. Mr. Peters, one of the vice principals, often makes students feel intimidated rather than supported. Mr. Purtic makes some students uncomfortable by discussing personal topics too often and showing favoritism. Coach Leighton has also asked students overly personal questions that felt inappropriate. Overall, the environment at Calvary feels overly judgmental. Students often feel constantly watched, even outside of school, and there are concerns about administrators monitoring students' social media activity. The administration's handling of sensitive situations can also feel humiliating instead of supportive. Students are sometimes punished without clear explanations beyond being told to "refer to the handbook." As a Christian school, faith is emphasized, but students who struggle with faith or ask questions can sometimes feel judged instead of encouraged. Staff members also tend to involve themselves heavily in students' personal lives. There has also been a noticeable decline in student satisfaction, with many students wanting to transfer or leave the school. The school also places extremely high expectations on teenagers while reacting harshly when students make normal teenage mistakes. Instead of helping students grow or learn from situations, many students feel dehumanized, judged, and labeled for small things. The constant pressure, monitoring, and fear of punishment becomes emotionally exhausting and can seriously affect students' mental health. Rather than encouraging a genuine relationship with God, the environment often makes faith feel forced, performative, and connected to fear or shame instead of support, understanding, and personal growth. Overall, Calvary Christian Academy made me feel judged and uncomfortable rather than supported academically, socially, or spiritually. As much as this school stresses grace they never show it nor practice it and highly encourages snitching. In my opinion, it may be a good school for younger students, but I would not recommend it for middle or high school.

The place is clean, back yard is amazing and they make sure every day is filled with fun activities My son moved to public school after kindergarten and he was so advanced. They reached them to love reading, to praise God and respect family. They prepare them to be good citizens of the world. Some of the teachers are 10+years with the school it's great to know that same teachers here raised both of my kids. The prices are very reasonable compared to other daycares but the quality of their services is very high.

Pride and joy came recommended by my neighbor whose kids went there until they aged out and had nothing but amazing things to say. Soon I came to find several people from my neighborhood went there. So we decided to tour it and meet the team. I felt comfortable immediately after meeting Miss Carrie and my daughters to be teacher miss Mickey. They are two of the warmest, most welcoming and loving people. The ideal people to work in this industry. My daughter was a little over one when she started in early 2023. She absolutely LOVED going to school. Would run inside and not look back at me once. What I loved most is how small the school is. All the teachers even for the other grades know all the children and they frequently help out each others classes. The class sizes are also super small which allows for a lot of direct attention which was something my high maintenance child needed. They quickly learn all the children by name and know exactly who everyone's parents are. It's a very close knit program and I loved that. I also loved that they cleaned their own facility and didn't hire outside companies so they are able to oversee that everything is held to a certain standard. This past year my daughter was only sick twice and as a 1-2 year old class I'd say that's REALLY good and I credit it to how well they upkeep their rooms. Communication with team and her teachers is very open and I am always able to get ahold of someone if I ever have a question or concern. It's tremendous to see how much my daughter learned being there. Often times she would randomly say or do something at home we had no idea she could do and we just assumed she learned at school, like the first time she pointed at a picture of an apple and said Apple. They have a great educational curriculum and they don't just sit your child in front of a TV. All in all I would absolutely recommend pride and joy. We loved everything about it there and are so sad to have to leave (we're moving out of state due to my husbands job). In fact it's one of the hardest parts about leaving because as a mom of now 2, finding a school you are whole heartedly comfortable with is a rare find. I can only hope we find somewhere even half as great as pride and joy. I will forever compare every school experience back to the expectations I learned here. Thank you Miss Mickey, Miss Edilima, the new assistants and Miss Carrie (as well as the teachers in the other classes) who have always treated my girl like your own. I truly believe she is such a happy, social, smart little girl because of your amazing team! We will miss you all!!

When I asked about it, the director explained that they keep the infants there because the classrooms are already cleaned for the day. This kind of practice shows a lack of proper supervision and neglect of the infants' basic needs, which goes against the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) standards. Babies need to be in a safe, stimulating environment--not restrained in strollers for long periods. It's unacceptable to charge $275 per week and provide such negligent care. Parents trust this center with their most precious little ones, and the children deserve much better attention and respect.

That alone speaks volumes about the love and trust we have for this school. Our 4-year-old is currently in Ms. Joyce's class, and she is absolutely amazing - caring, nurturing, and genuinely invested in each child. She creates a warm, loving environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. The curriculum is engaging and age-appropriate, helping the children build confidence, independence, and strong social skills while preparing them for kindergarten. We have seen tremendous growth in our 4-year-old academically, emotionally, and socially. What means the most to us is seeing how our older children continue to excel in their current schools as 'A' students who love reading and love learning -- and it all started at PPA. We are beyond grateful for the strong foundation Precious Promise Preschool has given our family

A child who once loved school began asking heartbreaking questions like, "Am I a bad kid?" and saying, "My school hates me." No 7-year-old should leave a school feeling isolated, ashamed, or unwanted. What shocked us most was the lack of compassion and understanding for a young child still learning emotional regulation -- especially while also dealing with bullying issues that were repeatedly minimized. Rather than helping him grow through challenges, the environment made him feel labeled and defeated. Schools should nurture children emotionally, not damage their self-esteem and sense of safety. My son's confidence has plummeted. I'm not sure he will ever recover from this experience. I truly hope no other child leaves feeling the way my son did.
