My biggest issue with this place is that I prepaid the tuition, It wasn't excessive however I've started receiving emails - not intended for me- from parents who are requesting money back because they and their children did not attend. Odd. My daughter was informed that if her children even exhibited a slight tendency towards sickness......STAY AWAY!!! I'm cool with that however it seems that this policy does not apply not apply to everyone. Tried emailing the school and the post is closed. Stay away.

It's wonderful for an education and has rated number one for many years in the parochial high school element. They've lost their personality. It's all about maintaining status. My daughter chose this school for the wrong reasons. It's cool location. I prepaid her freshman year and was beset by calls from her guidance counselor saying that she is just not up to par. She is not good enough to stay. No offer of reimbursement for tuition paid...just remove her. Also, her purse was taken. Nardin not responsible. The agnst that this small school caused was long lasting. Her lost purse, sans cell fone and personal touch cafeteria card, was returned albeit 4 months later. Guidance counselor is long gone, I believe her sole purpose in life was to bother individuals. Her office, in the lower part of the building, was the smoking lounge when I attended. Cool school, be careful.

Because of her high scoring metrics several top schools recruited her with generous offers. We decided on NU because it had her major and no students loans were needed. They conduct daily activities and always find a way to get the children outside which he loves. Communication is top tier with staff so far I have no complaints. I feel comfortable with my child being there knowing that he is not with different teachers consistently as they do not have high turnover as we've experienced before. Teachers are patient and the Director is awesome! I am upset that I did not choose BrightPath initially but grateful that we are here now. I look forward to our future here and highly recommend it to any parent looking to enroll their child.

We did not have these issues at home so I began asking questions and would get responses as "it's not the same at home" and frustration so as a new first time mom I started to think maybe I was being too picky. My mom picked him up one day and felt the same way that our little treasure was not himself. So I started to pay more attention. Well one day my husband came to pick my son up at a different than usual time and Liam at 9.5 months was sitting on the floor hysterical and inconsolable the teacher in the room said I don't know why he is like this, he's been like this for almost an hour. Well my husband grabbed his sheet off the counter and seen my son had not been given his bottle in almost 6 hours!!! Now Liam was on 6 ounces every 3 hours! How something like this could happen is beyond me. We immediately pulled him. He went to the doctor for his 9 month check up the following Monday and we learned he only gained 1 lb we spoke with the doctor about why we pulled him and asked about daycare changes and just different questions new parents have. Our pediatrician was concerned about the lack of weight gain and asked is it possible this happened more than just this one incident and that is why he is always upset when we leave because he is hungry. My husband and I started logging when we dropped supplies off in the beginning because it seemed like we were just supplying the entire center with wipes, well I said to my husband lets calculate how many bottle a container of formula makes and see if they had enough. We did the make and they were short 1.5 containers. So they didn't request the formula enough. Now I would not have done this math on a normal basis because I wouldn't find it would be necessary. Our pediatrician setup a follow up appointment for 30 days later to check Liam's weight now that he was not in their care to see if he was gaining appropriately again (I say again because his growth was normal before his stint at sweet angels)- well 30 days later he went in for his weigh after being in what I feel to be the most terrific daycare ever and our sweet little boy gained 2 lbs and was just a happy camper everyday!! His personality was how he was with us on the weekends daily now!! No inconsolable tantrums after daycare...and as far as the diaper soiling accidents the ceased as well! Liam I am proud to say since December has only went through the diaper 3xs at his new daycare!!! Nothing changed diet wise or diaper wise! Always used pampers. Now why would his growth chart be normal and drop for the duration he was at the center and then rebound immediately after changing to a different center. I didn't go public with it until my sister in law just recently removed her son from the infant room because I was worried they would retaliate again him. So I posted a review just like the post I am writing to you both. It was removed saying my review was not on the core product. It was definitely on the core product. They reported it to not look bad so I have been spreading the word now and the owner has called my husband not me and threatened a law suit and said has the money to do it, so why not invest in the center to improve the quality of the children's care!

I went to Sweet Angels after leaving another daycare. From the other daycare's perspective, my son…read morewas "withdrawn and antisocial." They said that he refused to participate in class activities and that is why he is "so behind academically." Each day was a battle to drop my son off at this other daycare. He would scream and cry. It literally broke my heart. After hearing the staff talk about my son in such a negative manner, I decided to leave! It was then that I started at Sweet Angels. The staff seemed very warm and welcoming to me and my son. The first day (like I expected) was very rough. He screamed and cried. But to my surprise, when I picked him up, HE WAS PLAYING WITH KIDS AND LAUGHING!! The second day he fussed at drop off and the third day he raced me to the door to get into school. What a difference Sweet Angels has made in our daily lives!! My son is happy to go o school each day, he has friends, the teachers all seem to really care about him and he always participates. My son began having sessions offered at school so I removed him for the package. Proir to signing up I specifically asked if the hours were not were not used will they roll over. The rep insured me that they did. Even after removing my son we had an additional four hours available for usage. I thought gee this is great my daughter can use the extra hours around testing time. Since the rep told me they would roll over I did not ask for a refund for my son. My mother passed away in October and we were traveling back and forth from California to Indiana in order to resolved everthing. Because thier rep told me hours would roll I was not worried and focused more on my family. It wasnt until today 1/23/2023 that I went to update my payment infor that I saw the " credit expired notices" . I was like what the heck and immediately called. The rep I spioke to bascially told me I was SOL because its in their guidelines. So basicelly their reps do a bait and switch to get you to sign up. The rep offered no help and was like basically I can help you cancel and you will klikely not get a refund. Total bs more than 500 bucks down the drain. I trusted you guys!! You are liars and scammers! Your supposed to help and be an assisant but Ill guve you an A for you business structure and ripping people off. People please find your own private tutor or a place were you pay as you go, *****++ update 1/26/2023 When the client experience department reached out I was 100% sure they were going to give me the runaround and offer me expired coupons to make up for it. What did happen was actually quite beautiful and I was brought to tears shortly after. I spoke with what I can only imagine to be an angel ( not kidding at all). This angel was named Elise B. and this was by far the best experience i've ever had in my life when dealing with disputed matters. Elise B. offered more than an opportunity to resolve my situation, she offered what most people fail to do and that is "Listen" . Most people listen to respond rather than to understand where a person was coming from. Losing my mother the last 90 days has rocked my world and I watch people lose compassions for human decency because they are in pain. Elise B. made one simple statement that changed the course and tone of the entire conversation and that was " I am ready to help , would you please tell me what happened and what would you you like to see to make this right." I was honestly paused by the very sincere way she approached that I was almost rendered speechless ( like omg someone cares!!! ) . She let me talk , she didn't interrupt and let me explain how I felt information was miscommunicated and that I felt helpless. Some may think I overreacted, but there is no overreacting when it comes to my child's education and ensuring her future. My child sought Varsity and found not only home but an amazing tutor who has become more like an aunt/sister which has increased my child's learning experience. So you can see it was devastating on having to end the relationship. Not only that but I work hard for every dollar I earned and I refuse to waste giving light of inflation and what not in our country. With that being said , thank you so much Elise B. for crediting my child her hours back and restoring my faith back into Varsity tutors so that my child can continue striving for the best with her amazing tutor. Let me start by saying I absolutely love the school. I've had two kids go here. One is currently in…read morefifth grade. The teachers and staff are amazing. I think this is one of the best school districts in Western New York however, some of the parents and or friends and family members are ignorant as hell. My daughter is involved in everything we come to every activity at the school and we've never had an issue up until last night for the fifth grade band concert. The amount of adults I saw cut in line disgusted me ! pretending that they knew someone real well so they could talk to them and just cut everybody else in line. I have never seen people act this way at this school. not to mention you people who think it's OK to bring your entire family to an event that already has 100 students attending making it so hard for parents to find any kind of seating whatsoever because you've gotta take up 10 to 15 different seats and they're the same people who thought it was OK to cut everyone in line. Do better next time because I promise you if this happens again all of us patient mature and respectful adults. You're gonna see a completely different side.
