Extremely large campus and wide amount of courses that covers many topics most schools don't offer, has a total of 32 ap courses.

As a result, the kids are simply wonderful, they are dedicated, warm and curious. The STEM focused curriculum keeps things interesting for them and the teachers make sure they can have fun while they learn. I could find a sense of community really strong between parents, staff and students. The events TEC hosts are a great opportunity to get to know everybody! They are the core of Montessori values. Amazing school.

I actually found the staff during the tour to be very kind and pleasant. Unfortunately, the admissions and communication process with the director was unnecessarily difficult from start to finish. I spent weeks trying to get a straightforward answer regarding whether a part time program could be accommodated for my child. Instead of receiving a simple yes or no, I was repeatedly directed toward completing a paid $50 application before basic questions were clearly answered. This was the only school I toured that required payment before even confirming whether the program would realistically fit my child's needs. The communication felt disorganized, dismissive, and far more focused on the application process than on helping families navigate enrollment. Had I simply been told from the beginning that part time accommodations were not available, I would have respectfully moved on. Thankfully, we have since found another school with professional, transparent, and straightforward administration that made the process feel welcoming rather than stressful. I hope this feedback encourages a more parent friendly and communicative admissions experience moving forward.

I thought that Holy Name would give her (and us) a good experience but we did not get what we paid for. In the beginning of the year we were delighted to be told (in a formal new-parents meeting in the auditorium) that the adminsitration would not let us down, that "they would let us know of problems before our child let us know". It seemed so reassuring but as the year went on and problems arose with our daughter's studies, they negated to tell us anything. It wasn't until a report card where we had to ask for help. Long story short: I had to go back to them numerous times to ask that something done about the math class that was not right for my daughter. They committed to making changes but in the end let me down and my daughter fail. For their unresponsivness to my needs, and failing to meet their commitment to us as parents, I FAIL THEM. They got my money for the year, and my daughter didn't get the education I paid for. We are not sending our daughter back. After we told the school that we were pulling out our daughter, I was so surprised that we never got a call back from the adminstration, asking what happened... nothing! I was so frustrated at this apparent neglect on their part so I called the headmaster to ask "why didn't you want to know why we were unhappy?". He listened to me and simply thanked me for the feedback... no "I'm sorry for taking your money and not delivering", no I did not get that reponse. Beware. If you are looking for a school to deliver a top-notch education with structured discipline and a grounded Catholic background look elsewhere.

At Goddard School in Northborough, they have a patient, positive and encouraging approach to the children. The entire school works as a team, a well structured unit, if you will. It's very refreshing to see! I have peace of mind knowing my child is safe and well cared. In the same token my child is actively learning and enriching his mind. My only wish is enrolling my child here sooner. Thank you Dipak, Beth, Ms. Sylvia, Ms. Katie and the rest of the team for shining bright with the children! You're all amazing and wonderful child educators! Our family is forever grateful.

I feel obligated to leave a review because their 5 star rating on yelp was one of the big factors…read morein us choosing this daycare. We had a really hard, frustrating and short lived experience with this school. My son (4) joined in June '21 because we'd moved too far from the daycare he'd been at since 18months. At first sight, the school seemed like a good fit. The owner, Dipak, gave us a tour and he seemed nice. We didn't meet the teacher prior to enrolling because I'd heard such amazing things about other Goddard locations. The problems started Day 1. I called to speak with the teacher reiterate that my son shouldn't take naps, and that he needs encouragement with the potty. His teacher was incredibly rude to me. Told me that all the children nap, basically tough luck. We communicated this with the director, Beth, (who as an aside, Is a super sweet caring lady we really liked, if only everyone else there was like that), and we worked out that we would send in a little bag of toys every day to have my son play with during nap time. We don't think it worked, he was never tired at the end of the day, and more than once he told us his teacher told him not to tell us he slept. (Who knows what's true with a 4 year old but when he wouldn't even fall asleep during a car ride at 9 pm, we felt pretty confident he was napping.) Next was the TV- we asked him what his favorite part of the day was and he excitedly told us "when we watched the episode of Peep and the Big Wide World." I was shocked, I'd never heard of a school playing show for the kid. I was told it's just during transition times and said it was fine but obviously a surprise and not our preference. Then a few weeks later my son started telling us "How come you don't let me watch shows at school?" Or "Miss Ornela lets the other kids watch shows but not me." He started regressing in potty training and still to this day tells us about how mean the teachers were when he had accidents. At a pick up, my partner asked if he had an accident and in front of our son, his teacher very harshly and abruptly said "it's not an accident, this kid simply isn't potty trained." He came home one time in tears so hungry, telling me that the teacher wouldn't let him eat his snacks (he still had snacks in his lunchbox). I personally saw how the staff spoke to the children at pick up and got a weird vibe. Lots of harsh commands, short tempers, something was off. And we tried to communicate all or most of these issues with management. Beth certainly tried her best to help, but the owner never did. And nothing every changed. He only lasted the summer here before we moved him to a Montessori school in the next town. Just 2.5 weeks in, he's falling asleep at 7:30, loving going to school, has had no accidents at school, is eager to go every morning, and even had some good speech progression (his new teacher helped him finally say Fs). The saddest part for us is he keeps telling us how awesome it is that "the teachers at the new school are actually nice."
